NOTICE OF MEETING FORT BEND COUNTY DRAINAGE DISTRICT - BOARD OF DIRECTORS SECOND FLOOR, FORT BEND COUNTY COURTHOUSE 401 JACKSON STREET, RICHMOND, TEXAS TUESDAY, JANUARY 14, 2025 1:00 P.M. AGENDA

1. Call to Order.

2. Approve minutes of meeting held on December 17, 2024.

3. Take all appropriate action on request for transfer in the amount of $308,929 from McCrary Road Elevation Project No. 19025 into Fresno-Arcola Drainage Improvements Feasibility Study Project No. 25002.

4. Take all appropriate action on acceptance of a Right-of-Way Easement Encroachment Agreement between Fort Bend County Drainage District and Willow Fork Drainage District to Construct, Maintain, and Operate a Trail in Precinct 1, and authorize the County Clerk to record in the official public records at no cost.

5. Take all appropriate action on the dedication of a 0.1900 acre Wastewater Easement and 0.0363 acre and 0.0367 acre Temporary Construction Easements to the City of Sugar Land, grantee, situated in the M. M. Battle Survey, Abstract Number 9, and Fort Bend County Precinct 3, and authorize the County Clerk to record in the official public records at no cost.

6. Take all appropriate action on the dedication of a 2.218-acre Easement for Recreational Trail to the City of Sugar Land, grantee, situated in the Alexander Hodge Survey, Abstract No. 32, and Fort Bend County Precinct 3, and authorize the County Clerk to record in the official public records at no cost.

7. Take all appropriate action on Agreement with Huitt-Zollars, Inc. for Professional Engineering Services in an amount not to exceed $293,760 regarding a drainage masterplan for an area west of the City of Rosenberg, effective through June 30, 2025. (Fund: Drainage Flood Projects)

8. Take all appropriate action on Second Amendment to Agreement with Freese and Nichols, Inc. for additional professional services regarding Kitty Hollow Dam Improvements, in the amount of $27,319 for a total contract amount not to exceed $554,878. (Fund: Certificates of Obligation)

9. Take all appropriate action on request to purchase one (1) excavator from Doggett utilizing Sourcewell Contract No. 011723-JDC, in an amount not to exceed $131,000. (Fund: Certificates of Obligation)

10. Take all appropriate action on request to purchase one (1) Backhoe Loader, from Doggett, utilizing Sourcewell Contract No. 011723-JDC, in the amount not to exceed $139,783. (Fund: Certificates of Obligation)
