A. American Rescue Plan Act: Approve FY2025 transfer in the amount of $357,569 as detailed on Director's form dated November 21, 2024, to allocate funds to amend the Non-Profit Partnership Grant Program Agreement with Lucille's 1913 Community Kitchen.

17. GRANTS ADMINISTRATION: The grant application for the below item(s) has been approved by Commissioners Court; the Grants Coordinator has reviewed the acceptance documents and makes the following recommendation(s) to Commissioners Court:

B. Sheriff's Office: Approve and accept an award from the Texas Division of Emergency Management in the amount of $156,150, with a cash match of $32,690.00 required by Fort Bend County for a total amount of $188,840.00, for a generator at the Gus George Academy. (Fund: America Rescues Plan Act - CID)

24. SHERIFF'S OFFICE:

A. Approve Interlocal Agreement for Additional Law Enforcement Services between Fort Bend County and Municipal Utility District No. 134C, with services to be provided by the Office of Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office, effective October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025.

A. Take all appropriate action on Amendment to the Market Valuation Waiver Agreement for SH 99 (Grand Parkway).

B. Take all appropriate action on Addendum to Terms for Subrecipients Utilizing Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Solid Waste Fund for DR-4781 (Severe Storms / Derecho) and DR-4798 (Hurricane Beryl) debris operations.

C. Take all appropriate action on the appointment of Tami Fraizer as the County Judge Designee to fill the position held by Ryan Dunsmore on the Fort Bend County Historical Commission, effective November 26, 2024.

B. Take all appropriate action on Advance Funding Resolution for off-site work required for the Sheriff Training Facility Project in a total amount of $2,827,390.93.

C. Take all appropriate action to authorize Fort Bend County’s Consent to First Amendment to the Project Development Agreement between CFC-SO Training Facility, LLC, and Stonehenge Holdings, LLC to accommodate additional work to be performed under said agreement. (Fund: Interest Revenue from Public Facility Corporation Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2023)

D. Take all appropriate action on Order regarding expenditures by exiting elected officials pursuant to Texas Local Government Code Section 130.908.

C. Take all appropriate action on Resolution regarding the delegation of authority to the Board of Directors of Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. Two, Fort Bend County, Texas, for the employment of consultants in an amount not to exceed $50,000 annually per consultant.

D. Take all appropriate action on Resolution regarding the delegation of authority to the Board of Directors of Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. Three, Fort Bend County, Texas, for the employment of consultants in an amount not to exceed $50,000 annually per consultant.
