NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING/WORKSHOP FORT BEND COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT DUE TO EMERGENCY CONDITIONS, THIS MEETING WILL BE CONDUCTED BY TELEPHONE AND/OR VIDEO CONFERENCE TUESDAY, APRIL 21, 2020 1:00 P.M. AGENDA

1. Call to Order.

2. Public Comments regarding the Agenda and Announcements: speakers are required to register their public participation form by email no later than 11:00 a.m. on the day of the meeting, in accordance with the Rules and Procedures of Commissioners Court.

3. Take all appropriate action to create a Distribution methodology and Steering Committee for the CARES Act Local Government allocation for Fort Bend County and all public entities within the county.

4. Take all appropriate action on budgetary processes to develop tax relief for Fort Bend County taxpayers.

5. Take all appropriate action to authorize the County Auditor and County Budget Office to work on immediate budgetary constraints to address revenue loss.

6. Take all appropriate action on Resolution in support of taxpayer relief due to the COVID-19 disaster.

7. Adjournment.
