Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $14,803 from Accounts detailed on Director's form dated October 4, 2022, to allocate funds to cover the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program match for the purchase of a 250kw three phase mobile diesel generator.

Take all appropriate action on Agreements for Additional Law Enforcement Services between Fort Bend County and the following entities, with services to be provided by Fort Bend Constable Precinct. 1, effective through September 30, 2023. 1. Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $3,033 from FY2023 Non-Departmental PO Contingency into Operating Supplies and Materials to allocate funds for medical kits ordered in FY2022.

A. Take all appropriate action on Invoice No. 90118768 in the amount of $3,937 for payment to Union Pacific Railroad Company pursuant to the Agreement approved by Commissioners Court on June 22, 2021, for reimbursement, regarding Lake Olympia Segment 2, Mobility Bond Project Nos. 13217x and 17201, Precinct 2. (Fund: Mobility Bonds)

B. Take all appropriate action on Interlocal Agreement for Installation, Operation and Maintenance of Solar Powered Speed Awareness Signs between Fort Bend County and Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 165, regarding signs within the boundaries of the District, Precinct 4.

C. Take all appropriate action on request for variance to the Regulations Concerning Minimum Infrastructure Standards for Manufactured Home Rental Communities in Section 6B, of the Fort Bend County Regulations of Streets and Driveway Requirements for ICCMC Sports Camp, on behalf of McKim & Creed, Precinct 1.

D. Take all appropriate action on request for variance to the median break separation requirements as stated in Permits For The Construction of Driveway and Culverts on County Easements and Right of Ways-Section 12, for A. Myers at Berdett Road, on behalf of Midstream & Terminal Services, Precinct 2.

22. FIRE MARSHAL:

Take all appropriate action on request to waive all fees imposed by Fort Bend County Fire Marshal's Office regarding the fire station renovation and construction of the administration building for Willowfork Fire Department. (Fund: Emergency Services District No. 2)

23. HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES:

A. Take all appropriate action on Amendment No. 2 to ratify the Texas Department of State Health Services Contract No. HHS001120300010 for the Sexually Transmitted Disease/Human Immunodeficiency Virus Disease Intervention Specialists to increase the FY2022 budget by $208,392, with no cash match required by the County, and to extend the contract term through December 31, 2023.

B. Take all appropriate action on Amendment No. 1 to ratify the Texas Department of State Health Services Contract No. HHS001096400015, to receive an allocation in the amount of $101,916 for the Tuberculosis Federal Program with a cash match required by Fort Bend County in the amount of $20,383 for the grant period of January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023. (Fund: Clinical Health Services)

24. HUMAN RESOURCES:

Take all appropriate action on request to authorize the use of one specified assigned vehicle to the Economic Opportunity & Development Director, to be used as a take-home vehicle.

25. PURCHASING:

A. Take all appropriate action on Agreement between Fort Bend County and Konica Minolta Business U.S.A., Inc. (KMBS), utilizing DIR-COP-4439 for rental and maintenance of six (6) printer/copiers in a total contract amount not to exceed $120,024 effective through September 30, 2027. (Fund: Sheriff's Office Operating Funds)

B. Take all appropriate action on Interlocal Agreement between Fort Bend County and Texana Center for Forensic Assertive Community Treatment/Intensive Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, a community collaborative Program, in an amount not to exceed $500,000 effective October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2024. (Fund: American Rescue Plan Act - Public Health)

C. Take all appropriate action on RFP 23-009 for Jail Diversion Services.

D. Take all appropriate action on Agreement between Fort Bend County and Walgreen Co., pursuant to Bid 22-080 for Pharmacy Services regarding 340B Drug Pricing Program. (Fund: HIV Grant)
