C. Take all appropriate action to set public hearings on the proposal to increase the 2022 tax rate for Fort Bend County to be conducted on September 13, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Courtroom, 2nd Floor, of the Historical Courthouse located at 401 Jackson Street in Richmond, Texas.

D. Take all appropriate action to propose the FY 2023 salaries for Fort Bend County Elected Officials.

A. Take all appropriate action on additional relocation expenses for Parcel R103253 in the amount of $80,000 plus the necessary costs, and authorize the County Judge to sign all closing documents, regarding 10th Street, Mobility Bond Project No. 20106, Precinct 4. (Fund: Mobility Bonds)

B. Take all appropriate action on Letter of No Objection between Fort Bend County and DOW Pipeline Company, regarding Katy Flewellen Road, Mobility Bond Project No. 13316, Precinct 1.

D. Take all appropriate action on submittal of the plat ratification of Fort Bend County Precinct Annex.

E. Take all appropriate action on Architectural Barriers Designated Agent Form by Fort Bend County to Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation regarding Beechnut Road, Mobility Bond Project No. 17204, Precinct 4.

A. Take all appropriate action on request to authorize the use of Certificates of Obligation to purchase a portable x-ray machine in an amount not to exceed $47,000 once the solicitation is made. (Fund: Advance Funding/Certificates of Obligation)
