18. FIRE MARSHAL:

Take all appropriate action on request to authorize the use of Certificates of Obligation to fund equipment for two (2) vehicles for Capital Asset Transport (CAT) in an amount not to exceed $40,000.

19. PURCHASING:

A. Take all appropriate action on Second Amendment to Addendum between Fort Bend County and C & T Information Technology Consulting, Inc, utilizing DIR Contract No. DIR-CPO-4570 for additional consulting services in the amount of $23,600 for a total contract amount not to exceed $313,616. (Fund: Behavioral Health Grant)

B. Take all appropriate action on Bid 22-078 for Widening and Reconstruction of Beechnut Street Phase I for Fort Bend County Mobility Bond Project No. 17410.

C. Take all appropriate action on Second Amendment to Agreement between Fort Bend County and High Quality Cleaning Services, pursuant to RFP 21-041, for additional janitorial services in the amount of $11,400 for a total contract amount not to exceed $229,380, effective April 1, 2022 through March 31, 2023. (Fund: Facilities and Parks Fees)

20. TAX ASSESSOR/COLLECTOR:

Take all appropriate action on Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for the Collection of Taxes between Fort Bend County and Fort Bend Municipal Utility District No. 155 effective through June 30, 2023.

21. Approve Bills.

22. Authorize County Auditor to pay and release time-sensitive disbursements on July 21, 2022, to be ratified by Commissioners Court on July 26, 2022.
