29. ENGINEERING:

C. Take all appropriate action on request for variance to the requirements as stated in Section 5.5.A.2 block length, and Section 5.11.A.2 rear lot utility easement requirements of the Fort Bend County Regulations of Subdivisions for Fulshear Lakes Creekside Village Section 1 on behalf of Fulshear Lakes LTD, Precinct 1.

D. Approve the plat for the roads within Fulshear Lakes Creekside Village Section 1, Precinct 1.

F. Take all appropriate action on additional relocation expenses for Parcel R107086 in the amount of $2,050 and incidental expenses in the amount of $7,678.66 plus necessary costs, and authorize the County Judge to sign all closing documents, regarding 10th Street, Mobility Bond Project No. 20106, Precinct 1. G. Take all appropriate action to accept a 0.09426 acre tract of land conveyed by donation deed (4/5 interest) from Arlene K. J. Take all appropriate action on request for variance to the requirements as stated in Section 5.14.E.4 minimum lot size, Section 5.12.C.5 building separation requirements, and Section 5.12.C.1 building setback requirements of the Fort Bend County Regulations of Subdivisions for Sienna Section 44 on behalf of Toll-GTIS Property Owner, LLC, Precinct 2.

K. Take all appropriate action on the plat for the roads within Sienna Section 44, Precinct 2.

M. N. Take all appropriate action on Consent to Encroach between Fort Bend County and CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric, LLC, regarding Energy Park South Court, Precinct 2.

O. Take all appropriate action to accept a 0.2339 acre tract of land conveyed by donation deed from Cinco Ranch Station, LLC, to Fort Bend County and authorize payment of title policy fees related to such conveyance, regarding Parcel 203 of Grand Parkway (SH 99) Frontage Roads Segment 1, Mobility Bond Project No. 17303, Precinct 1, and authorize County Clerk to record deed and related documents in the Official Public Records at no cost. P. Take all appropriate action on request for temporary road closure beginning June 29, 2022 until construction is complete, pursuant to Section 251.011 of the Texas Transportation Code, for Cottonwood Church Road to install RCB under the roadway, Precinct 4.

Q. Take all appropriate action on authorization to purchase the following Parcels plus necessary costs, authorize County Judge to sign all closing documents regarding 10th Street, Mobility Bond Project No. 20106, Precinct 4, and authorize County Clerk to record deeds and related documents in the Official Public Records at no cost. (Fund: Mobility Bonds) Parcel R103252 in the amount of $28,359.66; Parcel R64294 in the amount of $262,692.66.

R. Take all appropriate action on Agreement between Fort Bend County and Fieldstone Community Association, Inc., for installation and maintenance of signs, regarding Fieldstone Subdivision, Precinct 4.

S. Take all appropriate action on Amendment to Interlocal Agreement between Fort Bend County and Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 190, regarding a detention pond for the Fort Bend Westpark Tollway, Precinct 4.

30. FACILITIES MANAGEMENT & PLANNING:

Take all appropriate action to authorize the use of Certificates of Obligation to fund Change Order No. 2 regarding the 1979 Linear Jail Renovations in an amount not to exceed $361,272.

31. FIRE MARSHAL:

A. Take all appropriate action to procure three (3) vehicles for the City of Stafford as part of the Interlocal Agreement between Fort Bend County and the City of Stafford, with services to be provided beginning October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2025.

B. Take all appropriate action on request to create three (3) new full-time positions, Capital Asset Transport Officers, Grade 9 of the Law Enforcement Policy Group, in the Fire Marshal's Office, effective June 28, 2022. (Fund: Capital Asset Transport)

C. Take all appropriate action on transfer in the amount of $83,701 as detailed on the Auditor's form dated June 21, 2022 to allocate funds for Capital Asset Transport (CAT) for the period of August 1, 2022 through September 30, 2022.

32. HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES:

A. Take all appropriate action to create one (1) grant-funded position in the Health & Human Services - Epidemiology Division, Infection Prevention Nurse, Grade 11 of the Public Health Policy Group, effective July 1, 2022 through December 31, 2024. B. Take all appropriate action to create one (1) grant-funded position in the Health & Human Services Department, Call Center Manager, Grade 11 of the Professional Management Policy Group, effective July 1, 2022 through December 31, 2024. (Fund: American Rescue Plan Act - Health & Human Services)

34. PURCHASING:

A. Take all appropriate action on request to purchase two (2) Tahoe vehicles from Lake Country Chevrolet for the Fire Marshal's Office, utilizing TIPS Contract No. 210907 in an amount not to exceed $74,770. (Fund: Advance Funding/ Certificates of Obligation)

B. Take all appropriate action on Bid 22-081 for purchase of vehicles.

C. Take all appropriate action on request to authorize the purchase of vehicles, pursuant to Bid 22-081, as indicated on Purchasing Agent's form.

E. Take all appropriate action on price increase request from P Squared Emulsion Plants, LLC pursuant to Bid 22-050, term contract for Purchase and Hauling of Chemical Road Materials.

Take all appropriate action on Agreement for Professional Engineering Services between Fort Bend County and Epic Transportation Group, LP, in a total contract amount not to exceed $46,842, pursuant to SOQ 14-025, regarding West Sycamore Road, Segment 4, Mobility Bond Project No. 17222x, Precinct 2. G. Take all appropriate action on Agreement for Construction Materials Testing and Observation Services between Fort Bend County and Ninyo & Moore Geotechnical & Environmental Sciences Consultants, in a total contract amount not to exceed $10,585, pursuant to SOQ 14-025, regarding West Bellfort at SH 99, Mobility Bond Project No. 20403, Precinct 4. H. I. Take all appropriate action on Amendment to Agreement for Professional Engineering Services between Fort Bend County and SES Horizon Consulting Engineers, Inc., to increase the contract by $216,492.75 for a total contract amount not to exceed $950,505.95, and to extend the contract time until December 31, 2027, pursuant to SOQ 14-025, regarding John Sharp Drive, Mobility Bond Project No. 17421x, Precinct 3.
