26. AUDITOR:

Take all appropriate action of Resolution Declaring Intention to Advance Funding and Reimburse Expenditures in an amount not to exceed $2,444,638 regarding the FM 723 Road Project.

A. Take all appropriate action to amend the American Rescue Plan Act budget and authorize a total amount of $2,555,000 for the design and construction of a water plant for the Village of Pleak with funding to be transferred from the American Rescue Plan Act Brazos River Erosion Project. (Fund: American Rescue Plan Act Public Infrastructure)

B. Take all appropriate action to amend the American Rescue Plan Act Budget in the amount of $862,000 as detailed in Director's form dated May 23, 2022 for the American Rescue Plan Act Program Administration.

Take all appropriate action to record the actual results of the Special Election held on May 7, 2022 for the proposed Fort Bend County Emergency Services District No. 9 and correct the results reported by the Elections Administrator on May 16, 2022, the date upon which the results were canvased as required by Section 67.004 of the Texas Election Code.

29. ENGINEERING:

A. Take all appropriate action on request for variance to the requirements as stated in Section 5.14.E.4 minimum lot size, Section 5.9.A.1 private streets requirements, Section 5.12.C.1.(a) and C.2 building set back requirements, and 5.12.C.5 building separation requirements of the Fort Bend County Regulations of Subdivisions for Oasis at Clodine Partial Replat No. 1 and Extension on behalf of Owais Development LLC, Precinct 4.

M. Take all appropriate action on Agreement to Contribute Right of Way Funds between Fort Bend County and Texas Department of Transportation, in a total contract amount not to exceed $1,409,638 regarding FM 723 from South of Beadle Lane to FM 1093, Precincts 1 and 4. (Fund: Advance Funding Resolution / Certificates of Obligation)

30. FACILITIES MANAGEMENT & PLANNING:

A. Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $172,641 from Facilities Maintenance Contingency into accounts listed on Director's form dated May 31, 2022, to allocate funds for HVAC repairs and replacements at various county buildings.

B. Take all appropriate action on Amendment to Lease Agreement between Fort Bend County and 700 Industrial, LLC, successor in interest to Agarita Sugar Land, LLC, regarding the Elections Warehouse located at 700B Industrial Blvd, Sugar Land, to extend the term of the lease to terminate on December 31, 2023.

31. HUMAN RESOURCES:

A. Take all appropriate action on revision to the Fort Bend County Employee Information Manual, specifically Policy 604, Acceptable Use of County Information Systems (currently titled Electronic Systems Policy and Guidelines) as submitted by Human Resources.

B. Take all appropriate action on revision to the Fort Bend County Employee Information Manual, specifically Policy 615, Social Media, as submitted by Human Resources.

32. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:

Take all appropriate action on Amendment No. 1 to Project Grant Agreement between Fort Bend County and Texas Department of Transportation for Project No. RPT 2202 (11) 063_21, to revise the budget and extend the term of the Agreement until December 31, 2023, with no change in local match.

33. PURCHASING:

A. Take all appropriate action on Agreement for Professional Engineering Services between Fort Bend County and Lynn Engineering, LLC dba John D. Mercer & Associates, pursuant to RFQ 22-029 for City of Kendleton water well project, in an amount not to exceed $51,800 effective through December 31, 2026. (Fund: American Rescue Plan Act)

B. Take all appropriate action on Agreement for Professional Engineering Services between Fort Bend County and Kaluza, Inc., pursuant to RFQ 22-030 for City of Beasley water well project, in an amount not to exceed $212,600 effective through December 31, 2026. (Fund: American Rescue Plan Act)

C. Take all appropriate action on Amendment to Agreement for Grant Management Software between Fort Bend County and Carahsoft Technology Corp., pursuant to RFP 20-076 for additional licenses in the amount of $3,750, for a total contract amount not to exceed $458,750 effective through September 30, 2022. (Fund: Information Technology)

D. Take all appropriate action on Second Amendment to Agreement between Fort Bend County and Letourneau Interests, Inc., pursuant to Omnia Partners Contract No. R191811 regarding additional office furniture and labor for the Emergency Operations Center in the amount of $1,550 for a total contract amount not to exceed $151,249.22. (Fund: New Emergency Operations Building Project)

E. Take all appropriate action on RFQ 22-071 for Facilities Operations and Management Services for the EpiCenter Project.

F. Take all appropriate action on RFP 22-075 for Construction of South Post Oak Sportsplex Baseball Fields Phase II.

G. Take all appropriate action on RFP 22-076 for Construction of Workshop Building at Fairgrounds.

H. Take all appropriate action on request for price increases pursuant to Bid 22-037, term contract for diesel exhaust fluid from Atlantic Petroleum and Mineral Resources dba Atlantic Petroleum.

I. Take all appropriate action on request for price increases pursuant to Bid 22-041, term contract for Stationery Printing and Supplies from Arching Oaks Investments, LLC dba Reflection Printing.

J. Take all appropriate action on Amendment to Agreement for Professional Engineering Services between Fort Bend County and FCM Engineers, PC, to increase the contract in the amount of $21,822 for a total contract amount not to exceed $366,803, pursuant to SOQ 14-025; regarding Blueridge Road, Mobility Bond Project No. 20205, Precinct 2. (Fund: Mobility Bonds)

K. Take all appropriate action on Agreement for Professional Engineering Services between Fort Bend County and Charles D. Gooden Consulting Engineers, Inc., in a total contract amount not to exceed $68,518, pursuant to SOQ 14-025; regarding Winkleman and Castle Gate Drive, Mobility Bond Project No. 20210, Precinct 4. (Fund: Mobility Bonds)

L. Take all appropriate action on Subrecipient Agreement between Fort Bend County and Salvation Army of Greater Houston in the amount of $70,560 for homelessness prevention and housing stabilization through the Emergency Solutions Grants Program, part of the FY2021 Consolidated Annual Action Plan Substantial Amendment approved by Commissioners Court on September 28, 2021. M. Take all appropriate action on Change Order No. 1 to increase the contract between Fort Bend County and Traffic Systems Construction, Inc. in the amount of $1,296 for a total contract amount not to exceed $115,531.65 pursuant to Bid No. 21-085, regarding FM 1463 at Pine Mill Ranch, Project No. TS19301, Precinct 1. (Fund: County Assistance District No. 1)

N. Take all appropriate action on Addendum to Agreement between Fort Bend County and Paradigm Traffic Systems, Inc., for traffic control equipment, utilizing BuyBoard Contract No. 603-20 in an amount not to exceed $231,545. (Fund: Road & Bridge)

O. Take all appropriate action on Second Amendment to Agreement for Professional Engineering Services between Fort Bend County and AIG Technical Services, LLC, to extend the contract time until July 31, 2024 and increase the contract in the amount of $1,253,518.20 for a total contract amount not to exceed $2,857,366.20 pursuant to SOQ 14-025, regarding Mobility Projects within Precincts 1, 2, 3 and 4. P. Take all appropriate action on Third Amendment to Agreement for Professional Engineering Services between Fort Bend County and HR Green, Inc., to extend the contract time until December 31, 2028, and increase the contract in the amount of $38,572.50 for a total contract amount not to exceed $798,474 pursuant to SOQ 14-025; regarding Burney-Old Richmond Road, Mobility Bond Project No. 17207, Precincts 3 and 4. 34. SHERIFF'S OFFICE:

A. Take all appropriate action on request to reclassify vacant Position Nos. 5601-0501 and 5601-0727, in the Sheriff's Office from Clerk III-Bonding, Grade 7 of the Administrative Clerical Policy Group to Bonding Clerk, Grade 5 of the Administrative Clerical Policy Group, effective June 7, 2022. (Fund: Sheriff Detention)

B. Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $152,590 from PO Contingency into Commissary Construction in Progress to allocate funds for payment of PO195732 Invoices regarding work budgeted in FY2021 but completed FY2022.
