D. H. 30. HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES:

A. Health and Human Services: Take all appropriate action on Application to the Department of State Health Services for the Hazards Grant in an amount of $366,365 with a in-kind match in an amount of $36,636 for a total budget amount of $403,001 for the term ending June 30, 2023.

B. Health and Human Services: Take all appropriate action on Application to the Department of State Health Services for the Cities Readiness Initiative (CRI) Grant in an amount of $147,918 with a in-kind match of $14,791 for a total budget amount of $162,709 for the term ending June 30, 2023.

C. Health and Human Services: Take all appropriate action on request to transfer and assign one (1) 2012 Chevy Tahoe, Unit R115 from Vehicle Maintenance to Health and Human Services as an addition to fleet until budgeted and approved vehicles arrive.

D. Clinical Health: Take all appropriate action on request to create one (1) grant funded, part time position, Tuberculosis Case Registrar, effective January 25, 2022. (Fund: Tuberculosis Prevention and Control - Federal)

E. Clinical Health: Take all appropriate action on request for a new grant-funded position, Public Health Registered Nurse, Grade 11 of the Public Health Policy Group, in the Clinical Health Department, effective January 25, 2022. (Fund: Public Health Workforce Grant)

31. HOMELAND SECURITY & EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT:

A. Take all appropriate action on request for one (1) temporary, full time position, Deputy Emergency Management Coordinator, Grade 13 in the Professional Management Policy Group, in the Homeland Security & Emergency Management Department, effective January 25, 2022 to July 31, 2022. (Fund: Non-Departmental Contingency)

B. Take all appropriate action on FY2022 transfer in the amount of $53,971 as detailed on Director's form dated January 18, 2022 from Non-Departmental Contingency into Detailed Accounts to allocate funds for Deputy Emergency Management Coordinator temporary position.

32. JUVENILE PROBATION & DETENTION:

Take all appropriate action on request to create a residual fund for depositing the proceeds from the Juvenile Wood Shop Sales approved by Commissioners Court on January 4, 2022 to be utilized to replenish building materials.

33. PARKS & RECREATION:

A. Take all appropriate action on request from Boys Scouts Pack 49 to waive rental fees for the use of Jones Hall at Jones Creek Ranch Park on February 5, 2022 for their Pinewood Derby.

B. Take all appropriate action on request from Jenni's Rescue Ranch to waive rental fees for the use of Pavilion E and F in Kitty Hollow Park on May 22, 2022 for a fundraiser for the awareness of rescued dogs.

C. Take all appropriate action on request from Girl Scout Troop 152998 to waive rental fees for the use of one (1) room at the Four Corners Multipurpose Center on February 12; February 26; March 12; March 26; and April 30, 2022 for Girl Scout Meetings.

34. PURCHASING:

Take all appropriate action on Second Amendment to Agreement for Professional Engineering Services between Fort Bend County and Costello, Inc., to increase the contract in an amount of $20,000 for a total contract amount not to exceed $815,269 pursuant to SOQ 14-025, regarding Beechnut Road, Mobility Bond Project No. 17204, Precinct 4. G. 35. SHERIFF'S OFFICE:

Take all appropriate action on request to ratify application for FY2023 Texas Department of Transportation for participation in the Comprehensive Selective Traffic Enforcement Program in the amount of $49,984 with a local match of $12,510.96 for a total project amount of $62,494.96 for the period of October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023. B. Take all appropriate action on request to ratify application for FY2023 Texas Department of Transportation for participation in the Commercial Vehicle Traffic Enforcement Program in the amount of $49,984 with a local match of $12,510.96 for a total project amount of $62,494.96 for the period of October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2023. C. Take all appropriate action on request for variance to the Fort Bend County Travel Policy to allow an increase of the approved government rate in an amount of $96 per night to an increased amount of $149 per night, for two deputies traveling to Uvalde, Texas, January 31, 2022 through February 5, 2022 for the CanAM Training / LATV Safety Certification. 36. TAX ASSESSOR/COLLECTOR:

Take all appropriate action on Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for the Collection of Taxes between Fort Bend County and City of Rosenberg effective through September 30, 2022.

39. Meet in Closed Session to deliberate the following matters as authorized by the Texas Government Code:
