D. Clinical Health: Take all appropriate action on request to Position No. 6301-P003 from part-time to full-time for the Clinical Health Tuberculosis prevention program, funded by Texas Department of State Health Services Contract No. HHS000448000001; Amendment No. 2, with no additional funds required by Fort Bend County effective through August 31, 2022.

39. HOMELAND SECURITY & EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT:

Take all appropriate action on a Resolution authorizing the submission of a grant application to the Texas General Land Office for the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program – supplemental funds under the Community Development Block Grant – Mitigation (CDBG-MIT), and subsequent paperwork in an amount of $624,744.63 for the Fort Bend County Rain Gauge Network Project, with no cash match required.

40. HUMAN RESOURCES:

A. Take all appropriate action on request to create a part time position, Pet Care Attendant in the Animal Services Department, to be funded by the Petco Love Grant, effective September 28, 2021.

B. Take all appropriate action on Seventh Amendment to Agreement between Fort Bend County and MPACT Strategic Consulting, LLC for additional professional consulting services regarding emergency management and grant management services, utilizing H-GAC Contract Number HP08-17, in an additional amount of $11,000,000, with a total amount not to exceed $20,516,600. (Fund: American Rescue Plan Act)

C. Take all appropriate action on Amendment to Agreement for Professional Architectural and Engineering Services between Fort Bend County and Blueline TD LLC, to increase the contract by $90,000 for a total contract amount not to exceed $361,000, regarding the Fort Bend County Community Center Project in Precinct 1. A. B.
