Take all appropriate action to accept a 0.889 acre tract of land pursuant to the First Amendment to Interlocal Agreement for Joint Use of the Missouri City Middle School Gymnasium between Fort Bend County and Fort Bend County Independent School District, and authorize County Clerk to record the same in the Official Public Records at no cost.

20. FAIRGROUNDS:

Take all appropriate action on changes to the Fort Bend County Fairgrounds fee schedule effective April 13, 2021.

21. PUBLIC DEFENDER:

A. Take all appropriate action on the FY2022 Grant Renewal Application and Resolution to the Texas Indigent Defense Commission in an amount of $128,559 with a match by Fort Bend County of $71,045 and authorize County Judge to sign all documents pertaining to acceptance of the grant. (Fund: FY2022 Public Defender)

B. Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $4,000 from Travel ($2,000) and from Non-Departmental Contingency ($2,000) into Information Technology as detailed on Chief's form dated April 7, 2021 to allocate funds for the installation of an Intercom.

22. PURCHASING:

A. Take all appropriate action on Agreement between Fort Bend County and University of Houston for Mental Health Collaboration FOCUS Youth Program, in an amount not to exceed $193,527 to provide evaluations and assessments for mental health treatment, engagement and adherence, effective March 23, 2021 through September 30, 2023. (Fund: Grant, Bureau of Justice Assistance)

B. Take all appropriate action on Addendum to Agreement between Fort Bend County and Hunton Services utilizing Choice Partners Purchasing Cooperative Contract Number 19/036MR-03 for refrigeration equipment replacement at the Fort Bend County Jail, in an amount not to exceed $128,198. (Fund: Facilities Jail Maintenance)

C. Take all appropriate action on First Amendment to Agreement between Fort Bend County and Carter Brothers Consulting, LLP for professional consulting services in support of the County's plan to assist small and minority businesses negatively impacted by COVID-19 as part of the Fort Bend CARES Act Local Government Assistance Program to increase the scope of services by $250,000 for a total contract amount not to exceed $1,250,000. (Fund: CARES Small Business)

23. Approve Bills.

24. Authorize County Auditor to pay and release time-sensitive disbursements on April 22, 2021 to be ratified by Commissioners Court on April 27, 2021.
