Take all appropriate action on First Amendment to Subrecipient Agreement between Fort Bend County and Fort Bend County Women's Center, in the amount of $554,603 for a total contract amount not to exceed $777,263 to provide emergency shelter and rapid re-housing through the emergency solutions grants program COVID-19 and extend the contract time until December 31, 2021, part of the FY 2019 Consolidated Annual Action Plan Substantial Amendment approved by Commissioners Court on November 10, 2020 and December 15, 2020. C.
