A. Take all appropriate action on acceptance of a 0.33-acre tract of land conveyed by Donation Deed from City of Richmond to Texas Department of Transportation; authorize payment of title policy fees related to such conveyance regarding parcel 100 of Front Street, Mobility Bond Project No. x18, Precinct 1; authorize County Clerk to record in the Official Public Records at no cost. B. Take all appropriate action on request to purchase Parcel 10 in the amount of $51,612.95 plus the necessary costs, and authorize the County Judge to sign all closing documents regarding said parcel for Bamore Road Segment 2, Mobility Bond Project No. 17105, Precinct 1. (Fund: Mobility Bonds)

F. Take all appropriate action on Local On-System Agreement between Fort Bend County and Texas Department of Transportation in an amount not to exceed $21,454 regarding Cinco Ranch Turn Lanes, Mobility Bond Project No. 17314x, Precinct 3. (Fund: Fort Bend County Assistance District No. 1)

G. Take all appropriate action on Amendment to Development Agreement between Fort Bend County and TC Pursuit Services, Inc. regarding Harlem Road and West Bellfort, Mobility Bond Project No. 13415x, Precinct 4.

H. Take all appropriate action on Right of Way Consent Agreement between Fort Bend County and ExxonMobil Pipeline Company regarding County’s request to encroach upon an easement owned by ExxonMobil Pipeline Company on LJ Parkway, Precinct 4.

Take all appropriate action on request for new vehicle, one Ford Explorer as an addition to fleet for Information Technology Department, and designate as a take home vehicle for the purpose of transporting computer equipment to vaccination and testing sites across the county. Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $4,720 from Non-Departmental Contingency into Justice Courts as detailed on Finance Director's form dated February 24, 2021 to allocate funds for use of WestLaw/O'Connor that was not included in annual budgets.

27. PARKS & RECREATION:

Take all appropriate action on request to reclassify vacant position number 6601-0004 in the Parks and Recreation Department from Lead Parks Operator, Grade 6 of the Operator Skilled Trade Policy Group to Turf Manager, Grade 9 of the Operator Skilled Trade Policy Group, effective March 2, 2021. Take all appropriate action on Second Amendment to Agreement for Transportation Services between Fort Bend County and Fort Bend Seniors Meals on Wheels & Much, Much, More.

B. Take all appropriate action on RFP 21-041, Janitorial Services for Fort Bend County Park Facilities and Pinnacle Senior Center.

C. Take all appropriate action on RFP 21-042 for Transportation Services of Decedents.

D. Take all appropriate action on Third Amendment to Lease Agreement between Fort Bend County and Realco TX 001, LLC in the amount of $88,409.17 for rental of space to accommodate all COVID-19 response operations effective March 1, 2021 through March 31, 2021. (Fund: CARES-ERA)

E. Take all appropriate action on Amendment to Software License and Maintenance Agreement between Fort Bend County and Zoll Data Systems, Inc., a sole source provider as authorized by Section 262.024 (a)(7) Texas Local Government Code, for annual maintenance patient care reporting and billing software used by Emergency Medical Service for an amount not to exceed $351,659.81 effective March 2, 2021 through March 1, 2024. F. Take all appropriate action on request to purchase fleet vehicles, utilizing Bid 21-018 as indicated on Purchasing Agent form.

G. Take all appropriate action on Second Amendment to Agreement for Professional Engineering Services between Fort Bend County and Terra Associates, Inc. to increase the contract by $26,400 for a total contract amount not to exceed $1,427,055 pursuant to SOQ 14-025 regarding Lake Olympia Segment 2, Mobility Bond Project Nos. 13217x and 17201, Precincts 1 and 2. H. Take all appropriate action on Agreement for Construction Materials Testing between Fort Bend County and Geotest Engineering, Inc for an amount not to exceed $105,606 regarding Beechnut Street, Mobility Bond Project No. 17204, Precincts 2 and 3. (Fund: Mobility Bonds)

I. Take all appropriate action on Second Amendment to Agreement for Professional Engineering Services between Fort Bend County and S&B Infrastructure, Ltd. to increase the contract by $7,839 for a total contract amount not to exceed $231,538 pursuant to SOQ 14-025 regarding Old Needville-Fairchilds Road, Mobility Bond Project No. 17108, Precinct 1.
