15. GRANTS ADMINISTRATION: The grant application for the below item has been approved by Commissioners Court; the Grants Coordinator has reviewed the acceptance documents and makes the following recommendation to Commissioners Court:
A. Take all appropriate action on Resolution in support of modifying the Fort Bend Subsidence District Board Allocation to include the City of Fulshear as an appointing authority.
B. Take all appropriate action on Amended Interlocal Agreement for Additional Law Enforcement Services between Fort Bend County and Fort Bend County Assistance Districts No. 1, No. 7, No. 9, No. 10 and No. 11, with services to be provided by the Office of Constable Precinct 3 effective through September 30, 2021.
A. Take all appropriate action to set the mileage reimbursement rate at 56.0 cents (same as Internal Revenue Service) effective January 13, 2021.
B. Take all appropriate action on the CARES Act Budget Allocations and extension of the County's current programs.
C. Take all appropriate action on Resolution declaring intention to advance funding from General Fund for an amount not to exceed $10,000,000 and reimburse expenditures related to construction of the new Fort Bend County Emergency Operations Center from issuance of certificates of obligation within eighteen months from the start of construction.
