A. Take all appropriate action to establish the regular meeting schedule of Fort Bend County Commissioners Court, pursuant to Local Government Code Section 81.005(a) for Fiscal Year 2021, meeting every Tuesday except the third and fifth Tuesday of each month, at 1:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Courtroom located on the second floor of the Courthouse at 401 Jackson Street in Richmond, Texas.

B. Take all appropriate action to consider change to the regular meeting schedule for Commissioners Court in Fiscal Year 2021, specifically the month of December, 2020, to meet December 1, 8, and 15, 2020.

C. Take all appropriate action on Resolution to the Texas Department of Agriculture certifying that the County has made a grant of $75,000 to Fort Bend Seniors Meals on Wheels and Much, Much More, Inc. for the Home-Delivered Meal Grant Program, for use from January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021. A. Take all appropriate action on the Interlocal Agreement between Fort Bend County and Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 165 for the delivery of donated trees.

Take all appropriate action on the Interlocal Agreement Regarding Parkland Donation between Fort Bend County and Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 169, accept the donation of the 1.544 acre tract of land thereunder, and authorize the County Clerk to record the related Donation Deed in the Official Public Records.

Take all appropriate action on Engagement Letter with PFMAM Asset Management LLC for structuring of the escrow related to cash defeasance of the County's Unlimited Tax Road Refunding Bonds, Series 2014, Limited Tax Refunding Bonds, Series 2015B, and Unlimited Tax Road and Refunding Bonds, Series 2016A and approve all necessary fees.

34. FACILITIES MANAGEMENT & PLANNING:

Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $33,388 from Non-Departmental Contingency into Supplies and Maintenance to allocate funds for replacement of HVAC unit at the Texas Agri-Life Extension office.

35. FAIRGROUNDS:

Take all appropriate action on request to suspend the lease between Fort Bend County and Fort Bend Regional Council on Substance Abuse, Inc. due to not being able to utilize meeting space at the Bud O’Shieles because of pandemic restrictions.

36. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:

Take all appropriate action on request by Public Transportation Director to reinstate passenger fares for demand response and commuter public transportation services effective October 1, 2020.

A. Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $5,320 from Non-Departmental Contingency into Information Technology to allocate funds for the replacement of printer/scanner/copier equipment.

B. Take all appropriate action on Amendment and Renewal of Records Storage Services Agreement between Fort Bend County and Harris County Department of Education, pursuant to RFP 10-033 in an amount not to exceed $100,000 effective October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021. C. Take all appropriate action on renewal of Agreement between Fort Bend County and NMS Labs, a sole source provider as authorized by Local Government Code §262.024(a)(7) for forensic laboratory testing services for the Medical Examiner and Sheriff’s Office in an amount not to exceed $196,000 for FY 2021. (Fund: Medical Examiner and Sheriff’s Office)

D. Take all appropriate action on Extension of Agreement between Fort Bend County and 911 Security Cameras, Inc., pursuant to RFP 13-044 for facilities camera system maintenance in an amount not to exceed $14,157 effective October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021. E. Take all appropriate action on Work Authorization No. 12 to Agreement for Professional Services between Fort Bend County and WSP, USA, Inc. formerly dba Parsons Brinckerhoff, pursuant to RFP 15-072, in an amount not to exceed $8,885.99 for Public Transportation Planning Service for its National Transit Database, effective through November 30, 2020. S. Take all appropriate action on request to renew Bid 20-003, term contract for purchase of Medical Supplies from Nashville Medical and EMS Products, Inc., renew with price increases from Bound Tree Medical LLC and Henry Schein Inc, terminate contract with Life-Assist, Inc., award Sections 2, 5, 12 and 13 to next low bidder, Bound Tree Medical LLC and award Section 9 to next low bidder, Henry Schein.

T. 39. SHERIFF'S OFFICE:

Take all appropriate action on Interlocal Cooperation Contract between Texas State University and Fort Bend County for the Sheriff's Office to accept grant funds in the amount of $25,000 for enforcement of Health and Safety laws regarding the sale of tobacco to minors, with no cash match, effective from date of execution through August 31, 2021.

A. § 551.071. Consultation With Attorney. Commissioners Court will meet in Closed Session to seek the advice of its attorney about pending or contemplated litigation; a settlement offer; or on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to Commissioners Court under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Texas Government Code Chapter 551.
