Take all appropriate action on Interlocal Agreement between Fort Bend County and Cinco Municipal Utility District No. 8 for cost sharing of the design and construction of sidewalk on Mason Road.

Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $65,000 from Non-Departmental Contingency into Elections Administration, Operating Supplies, to allocate funds for the purchase of ballot stock and printed supplies for the November 3, 2020 election.

19. ENGINEERING:

A. Take all appropriate action on Interlocal Agreement between Fort Bend County and Fort Bend Municipal Utility District No. 66 regarding Bryan Road Mobility Bond Project No. 17118, Precinct 1.

B. Take all appropriate action on request to purchase Parcel 8 in the amount of $54,568 plus necessary costs, and authorize County Judge to sign all closing documents regarding said parcel for Mason Road Turn Lanes, Mobility Bond Project No. 17419x, Precinct 4, and authorize County Clerk to record in the Official Public Records at no cost. (Fund: Mobility Bonds)

C. Take all appropriate action on request to purchase Parcel 4 in the amount of $16,394.95 plus necessary costs, and authorize County Judge to sign all closing documents regarding said parcel for Clodine Road, Mobility Bond Project No. 17417, Precinct 4, and authorize County Clerk to record in the Official Public Records at no cost. (Fund: Mobility Bonds)

20. HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES:

A. Take all appropriate action on Memorandum of Understanding between Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) and Fort Bend County for DSHS to provide the County with certain confidential data extracted from designated death records.

B. Take all appropriate action on Data Transfer and Use Agreement between Fort Bend County and University of Texas- School of Public Health and Fort Bend County.

C. Clinical Health Services: Take all appropriate action on renewal grant application to Texas Department of State Health Services in the amount of $315,329 for HIV Prevention activities, with no match, for the period of January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021.
