Take all appropriate action on the following agreements between Fort Bend County and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for FY2020 funding, all of which are part of the FY 2020 Consolidated Plan approved by Commissioners Court on July 14, 2020 and authorize County Judge to sign all documents pertaining to the agreements: Community Development Block Grant in the amount of $3,312,369; HOME Investment Partnerships Program in the amount of $865,458; and Emergency Solutions Grant Program in the amount of $271,528.

Take all appropriate action on request for variance to the driveway spacing requirement as stated in Section 4 of the Fort Bend Policies and Procedures Relating to Access along Fort Bend Westpark Tollway/FM 1093, for northwest corner of Grand Parkway at Westpark Tollway Driveway, on behalf of SCM Realty Services, Inc., Precinct 3.

Take all appropriate action on request to waive payment by the Fort Bend County Fair Association in the amount of $25,000 due to cancellation of the 2020 Fair.

Take all appropriate action on request to ratify application to the National Association of County and City Health Officials for grant funding in the amount of $100,000 as part of the program Building Local Operational Capacity for COVID-19 - Strengthening Local Infection Prevention and Control Capacity grant to assist with long term care facilities and other congregate settings, with no local match required by Fort Bend County.
