22. DISTRICT ATTORNEY:

A. Take all appropriate action on acceptance of grant funds in the amount of $308,374.45 from the Office of the Governor, Criminal Justice Division, for the Human Trafficking Investigation and Prosecution Project with no cash match required by the County for the period of April 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021.

B. Take all appropriate action on request to create two new grant-funded positions: Investigator, Grade 11 of the Law Enforcement Policy Group, and Criminal Analyst, Grade 11 of the Professional/Management Policy Group for the Office of District Attorney. (Fund: Human Trafficking Investigation and Prosecution Grant)

23. ENGINEERING:

A. Take all appropriate action on request for Annexation to the City of Richmond to annex the right of way dedicated to the public and currently maintained by the County, regarding 9th Street within Edgewood Addition (aka Mandola Farms), Precinct 1.

B. Take all appropriate action on request to ratify submission of certifications and assurances by the County Engineering Department included in the grant application to H-GAC for Fort Bend Recycling Equipment.

24. HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES:

Emergency Medical Service: Take all appropriate action on Temporary Housing Agreement between Fort Bend County and City of Richmond to house Fort Bend County Medic 6 and staff at the City's Fire Station No. 1 located at 200 Houston Street in Richmond for the duration of renovations and construction of the Medic 6 building through August 31, 2020.

25. HUMAN RESOURCES:

A. Take all appropriate action on requests by various elected officials and departments to fill positions during the hiring freeze, as detailed in report submitted by Director of Human Resources.

B. Take all appropriate action on amendment to include the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act provisions as presented by Security Benefit / Dearborn & Creggs as it pertains to the Fort Bend County's 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan, and authorize County Judge to execute all documents necessary to implement this change.

26. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:

Take all appropriate action on Budget Amendment No. 2 between Fort Bend County and the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) for FAIN # TX-2018-058-02 for Fiscal Year 2017 Section 5307, to revise the budget and reobligate $1,431,012 for a total federal award of $4,407,280.

27. PURCHASING:

A. Take all appropriate action on Second Addendum to Software as a Service Master License Agreement and Master Service Agreement between Fort Bend County and Caseworthy regarding web portal setup and service in the amount of $43,867 effective through September 30, 2020. (Fund: Social Services Grant Funds and Public Health Preparedness)

B. Take all appropriate action to consider granting an exemption to the competitive bid process, as authorized by Local Government Code §262.024 (a)(7) for the purchase of an item available from only one source, for website service to access and download digital content materials from OverDrive, Inc. in an additional amount of $25,000 for a total contract amount not to exceed $149,000 for FY 2020. (Fund: Library)

C. Take all appropriate action on Fifth Amendment to Software License and Maintenance Agreement between Fort Bend County and Trapeze Software Group, Inc., pursuant to RFP 13-045 for annual maintenance of Public Transportation software for mobile data terminals in an amount not to exceed $19,155 effective July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021. (Fund: Public Transportation Grants)

D. Take all appropriate action on Second Amendment to Agreement between Fort Bend County and Staffing Solutions to increase the maximum compensation by $50,000 for a total contract amount not to exceed $116,425 for directly observed therapy services. (Fund: Clinical Health Services, Tuberculosis Prevention & Control Grant)

E. Take all appropriate action on Agreement for Professional Traffic Engineering Services between Fort Bend County and EPIC Transportation Group, LP in an amount not to exceed $19,239 regarding Precinct 4 Mobility Study, Mobility Bond Project No. 17420x, Precinct 4. (Fund: Mobility Bonds)

F. Take all appropriate action on Amendment to Agreement for Professional Engineering Services between Fort Bend County and RPS, to increase the scope of services by $100,000 for a total contract amount not to exceed $300,000 pursuant to SOQ 14-025 regarding Trammel Fresno, Mobility Bond Project No. 746, Precinct 1 and 2. ( Fund: Mobility Bonds)

G. Take all appropriate action on Fourth Amendment to Agreement for Professional Engineering Services between Fort Bend County and Binkley & Barfield, Inc. to increase the scope of services by $6,000 for a total contract amount not to exceed $429,453 pursuant to SOQ 14-025 regarding A.
