A. Take all appropriate action on request to set a Fort Bend County Hazmat response billing rate of $395 per hour to replace equipment utilized during hazmat responses, as set forth by FEMA 2019 Schedule of Equipment Rates.

Take all appropriate action on request to set up a residual fund, with all fees collected for reimbursement of hazardous material response services provided to the public and to other jurisdictions, to be used for hazardous material replacement equipment for the Fort Bend County Hazmat Response Team.

A. Social Services: Take all appropriate action on request for $50,000 in Public Assistance to provide qualified County residents with a food voucher in the amount of $130 due to the COVID-19 disaster.

B. Social Services: Take all appropriate action on acceptance of funds in the amount of $25,000 from Reliant Energy to provide assistance to qualified County residents under the Reliant CARE Program.

A. Take all appropriate action on revisions to the Employee Information Manual, specifically Policy 704, Family and Medical Leave Act, and Policy 709, Sick Leave, as submitted by Human Resources.

B. Take all appropriate action to extend the maximum allowable period of accrual of Section 413.09 Emergency Deferred Time from a maximum of two work weeks, to a period of time effective with pay period ending April 17, 2020, and continuing throughout the County’s Emergency Closure of offices for non-essential functions due to the Fort Bend County COVID-19 Declaration of Local Disaster, unless terminated earlier by vote of Commissioners Court. Accruals to be administered in accordance with Employee Information Manual Policy 413: Emergency Operations Personnel and Pay Procedures.

24. LIBRARY:

Take all appropriate action on Interlocal Agreement between Fort Bend County and Stafford Municipal School District to provide EZ Cards and educational programming.

Take all appropriate action on request to ratify actions of Public Transportation Director to waive passenger fares for services and trips for demand response and commuter public transportation services effective April 6, 2020, and continuing through the Declaration of Local State of Disaster for Public Emergency by the County due to the impact of COVID-19.

26. PURCHASING:

A. Take all appropriate action on Agreement between Fort Bend County and Crain Group, LLC, pursuant to RFP 20-060 for construction of South Post Oak Park Expansion, in an amount not to exceed $5,219,083. (Fund: General Fund, Advance Resolution)

B. Take all appropriate action on Agreement between Fort Bend County and MPACT Strategic Consulting, LLC for professional consulting services for COVID-19 emergency management and grant management services in an amount not to exceed $250,000 effective through October 13, 2020. (Fund: COVID-19)

Take all appropriate action on Fourth Addendum to Master Services Agreement between Fort Bend County and Jetty Communications Solutions, LLC, for Jetty distribution workflow in an amount not to exceed $62,000 effective January 1 through December 31, 2020. D.
