Take all appropriate action on the Agreement between Fort Bend County and Fort Bend Senior Citizens Inc., which is a part of the FY 2019 Consolidated Annual Action Plan approved by Commissioners Court on July 2, 2019. (Fund: Community Development Block Grant)

24. CONSTABLE, PCT. 1

Take all appropriate action on Interlocal Cooperation Contract between Texas State University through the Texas School Safety Center for the Office of Constable Pct. 1 to receive grant funds not to exceed $37,500 for assistance in the enforcement of Health & Safety laws regarding the sale of tobacco to minors for the period of January 1 through August 31, 2020.

25. CONSTABLE, PCT. 4:

A. Take all appropriate action on application to Texas Department of Transportation for grant funds in the amount of $19,705 to participate in the FY 2021 Selective Traffic Enforcement Program Comprehensive, with a cash match of $5,157.38 for the period of October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021. (Fund: Constable Precinct 4)

B. Take all appropriate action on application to Texas Department of Transportation for grant funds in the amount of $14,856 to participate in the FY 2021 Selective Traffic Enforcement Program for Commercial Motor Vehicles, with a cash match of $4,014.83 for the period of October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021. (Fund: Constable Pct. 4)

26. COUNTY ATTORNEY:

Take all appropriate action on Resolution and Order decreeing the acquisition of property to be a public necessity and authorizing the acquisition and payment of compensation by record vote for expansion of Homeland Security & Emergency Management facility in Richmond, Texas, Precinct 1.

27. DISTRICT ATTORNEY:

Take all appropriate action on request to create new part-time position in the Office of District Attorney to assist with the Diversion Program, funded by the Diversion Program.

28. 434th DISTRICT COURT:

Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $2,963 from Non-Departmental Contingency into 434th District Court salary line items as detailed on Auditor's form dated December 11, 2019 to allocate funds for part-time interim position.

29. ELECTIONS ADMINISTRATION:

Take all appropriate action to establish the following fee schedule for rental of voting equipment to political subdivisions beginning with the May 2, 2020 Election: DS-200 Precinct Ballot Tabulator: $250; ExpressVote Ballot Marking Device: $175; and ExpressTouch DRE Voting Device: $150.

30. ENGINEERING:

A. Take all appropriate action on Permit Application to Texas Department of Transportation Houston District regarding traffic signal improvement at the intersection of Williams School Road and FM 360, Mobility Bond Project No. 17116, Precinct 1.

B. Take all appropriate action on request for variance to the bond requirement as stated in Section 2.11 of the Fort Bend County Regulations of Subdivisions for Lamar CISD Dr. Thomas E. Randle High School and Harry Wright Junior High School Campus, Pct. 1.

C. Take all appropriate action on plat for Lamar CISD Dr. Thomas E. Randle High School and Harry Wright Junior High School Campus, Precinct 1.

31. HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES:

A. Clinical Health Services: Take all appropriate action on the request for an additional position, Risk Reduction Specialist, Grade 8 of the Public Health Policy Group, effective January 1, 2020. (Fund: HIV Prevention Grant)

B. Social Services: Take all appropriate action on Letter Agreement from Reliant Energy contributing funds in the amount of $20,000 to provide assistance to qualified County residents under the Reliant CARE Program.

32. PURCHASING:

A. Take all appropriate action on Second Amendment to Agreement between Fort Bend County and Comcast Communications Management, LLC, for additional ethernet fees, pursuant to RFP 15-066 in an amount not to exceed $113,000 through July 31, 2020. (Fund: Information Technology)

B. Take all appropriate action on Agreement between Fort Bend County and Next Level Urgent Care, LLC for employee health and wellness clinical services, pursuant to RFP 19-072 in an amount not to exceed $1,161,000 annually for the term January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2021. (Fund: Employee Health Clinic)

C. Take all appropriate action on Agreement for Development of Public Parks and Recreational Lands between Fort Bend County and Fort Bend Green in the amount of $75,000 effective through September 30, 2020. (Fund: Non-Departmental, Fees)

D. Take all appropriate action on Addendum No. 6 to Networking Agreements between Fort Bend County and PS Lightwave, Inc. pursuant to RFP 10-086 for additional circuits and installation, and an additional contract amount of $75,000 for a total contract amount not to exceed $875,000 effective through September 30, 2020. (Fund: Information Technology)

G. Take all appropriate action on Sixth Amendment to Agreement between Fort Bend County and MVM, Inc. for Language Analyst Services in an amount not to exceed $150,816 effective October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020. (Fund: Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force Grant)

H. Take all appropriate action on Fourth Renewal to Records Management Master Agreement between Fort Bend County and TRTA, Inc., A Thomson Reuters Business, and sole source provider pursuant to Local Government Code Section 262.024 (a)(7), for maintenance and support services in the amount not to exceed $127,655.28, effective October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020. (Fund: County Clerk)

I. Take all appropriate action on Agreement for Professional Engineering Services between Fort Bend County and EPIC Transportation Group, LP, in an amount not to exceed $53,403.09 regarding US 90A at Gateway Boulevard, Project No. TS19401, Precinct 4. (Fund: 2013 Mobility Bonds)

J. Take all appropriate action on Amendment to Agreement for Professional Engineering Services between Fort Bend County and S&B Infrastructure, Ltd. in an additional amount of $34,928 for a total contract amount not to exceed $223,699 pursuant to SOQ 14-025 regarding Old Needville-Fairchilds Road, Mobility Bond Project No. 17108, Precinct 1. (Fund: 2017 Mobility Bonds)

K. Take all appropriate action on Change Order No. 3 to increase the contract between Fort Bend County and ISI Contracting, Inc. by $67,056.15 for a total contract amount not to exceed $1,166,506.55, and to increase the time of completion by twenty-four (24) calendar days, pursuant to Bid No. 18-100 regarding Bamore Road Extension, Mobility Bond Project No. 13406, Precinct 1. L. Take all appropriate action on Agreement between Fort Bend County and PAS (Property Acquisition Services) in the amount of $91,300 for property acquisition services regarding Homeland Security & Emergency Management offices. (Fund: General Fund, Advance Funding Resolution)
