Take all appropriate action on Agreement between Fort Bend County and City of Arcola in the amount of $550,000 for construction of water treatment plant, part of the FY 2018 Consolidated Annual Action Plan approved by Commissioners Court on July 3, 2018. (Fund: Community Development Block Grant)

B. Take all appropriate action on the FY 2019 Fort Bend County Consolidated Action Plan as presented for the Community Development Block Program (CDBG) HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME) and Emergency Solutions Grant Program (ESG) and authorize County Judge to sign all documents pertaining to the plan.

A. Take all appropriate action on request for variance to the sidewalk requirement as stated in Section 5.8 of the Fort Bend Regulations of Subdivisions, for recorded sections Firethorne West Reserve "A", Firethorne West Section 1, Firethorne West Section 11, West Firethorne Road Street Dedication Sections 1, 3 and 4, and proposed West Firethorne Road Street Dedication Section 2, for Firethorne Development on behalf of JDC/Firethorne, Ltd., Precinct 3.

26. FIRE MARSHAL:

Take all appropriate action on Interlocal Agreement for Fire Code and Investigations between Fort Bend County and the Village of Pleak.

Animal Services: Take all appropriate action on Agreement between Fort Bend County and Cy-Fair Animal Hospital to provide mobile spay-neuter services for low-income County residents through September 30, 2019. (Fund: Animal Services, Fees)

28. HOMELAND SECURITY & EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT:

Take all appropriate action on request to purchase two properties under the 2016 Hazard Mitigation buyout grant (FEMA Project Number DR-4269-006 and FEMA Project Number DR-4269-007) in the amount of $302,984.17 plus the necessary closing costs, with an overall project cost match by the County of twenty-five percent, and authorize County Judge to sign all closing documents. (Fund: 2016 Hazard Mitigation Grant)

29. HUMAN RESOURCES:

Take all appropriate action on request to extend an unpaid leave of absence for employee of Road and Bridge effective July 9, 2019 for not more than six months.

30. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:

Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $7,542 from Non-Departmental Contingency into Public Transportation account as detailed on Auditor's form dated June 24, 2019 to recognize and allocate interest earned due to pre-funding of Texas Commission on Environmental Quality grant.

A. Take all appropriate action on RFP 19-018 for Pauper Burial, Transportation and Related Services.

B. Take all appropriate action on request by City of Beasley to purchase surplus property from Fort Bend County, pursuant to Local Government Code §263.152(a)(1), specifically a 2009 Ford F250 Truck for $1,600.

C. Take all appropriate action on Bid 19-070, a term contract for pre-award, post-delivery, and bus inspection services for Public Transportation.
