Take all appropriate action on acceptance of Supplemental Capital Defense award in the amount of $30,862 from Texas Indigent Defense Commission as an addition to the FY 2019 Formula Grant Award.

Take all appropriate action on agreements between Fort Bend County and the following entities, which are part of the of the FY 2018 Consolidated Annual Action Plan approved by Commissioners Court July 3, 2018 and funded by the Community Development Block Grant: City of Kendleton in the amount of $269,300 for water line improvements; City of Rosenberg in the amount of $360,000 for water improvements, sewer improvements, and house connections; and City of Richmond in the amount of $250,000 for drainage and sidewalk improvements.

Take all appropriate action on Resolution declaring the County's intention to advance funding and reimburse expenditures in the amount of $28,000 regarding repairs necessary at the University Branch Library.

Clinical Health: Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $20,841 from Non-Departmental Contingency into Clinical Health, Capital Acquisitions, to allocate additional funds necessary for replacement of damaged vehicle.

Take all appropriate action on Intergovernmental Agreement between Houston-Galveston Area Council and Fort Bend County for the County to receive grant funds in the amount of $18,500 in support of mental health assessment and/or therapy for referred juveniles for the term ending September 30, 2019, to be ratified by the Juvenile Board at their next meeting.
