A. Take all appropriate action on Resolution to the Texas General Land Office authorizing the Fort Bend County Director of Community Development as signatory for programmatic documents for the Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Recovery Program.

B. Take all appropriate action on letter for the County to accept additional funds from Texas General Land Office in the amount of $1,273,731 for the FY 2016 Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Recovery housing program.

C. Take all appropriate action on Infrastructure Application to the Texas General Land Office for Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery Assistance regarding infrastructure affected by flooding in 2017 in the amount of $13,060,895 and authorize the County Judge to sign all documents pertaining to the application.

A. Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $2,213,498 from Commissioners Court Projects into Right of Way to allocate funds into account for full and final settlement of Cause No. 15-DCV-221725 JDC/Firethorne Ltd, as authorized in special meeting of Commissioners Court on May 20, 2019.

B. Take all appropriate action on request for temporary road closure, pursuant to Section 251.011 of the Texas Transportation Code, for Turnbull Lane and Aqua Vista Lane within Bonbrook Plantation South Section 1 and Section 4 for Bonbrook Plantation Detention Pond “C” Improvements, to be closed during construction; closure to begin May 16, 2019 to June 27, 2019, Precinct 1.

C. Take all appropriate action on Agreement between Fort Bend County and Trails of Katy Owners Association, Inc. for the installation, operation and maintenance of Dynamic Speed Feedback Signs within Trails of Katy Subdivision, Precinct 3.

D. Take all appropriate action on acceptance of a certain 0.3571 of an acre tract of land conveyed by Special Warranty Deed from Wayne Schramme to Fort Bend County regarding Texas Heritage Parkway Parcel 2, Mobility Bond Project No. 13309, and; record the same in Official Public Records, Precinct 3.

30. SHERIFF'S OFFICE:

Take all appropriate action on Modification Number 4 to Award No. G18HN0010A, to receive additional funds in the amount of $75,000 from the Executive Office of the President for the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area program, for a total award of $1,712,799 with no cash match from Fort Bend County for use through December 31, 2019.
