14. GRANTS ADMINISTRATION: The grant application for the below items has been approved by Commissioners Court; the Grants Coordinator has reviewed the acceptance documents and makes the following recommendations to Commissioners Court:
A. Take all appropriate action on an Order Authorizing the Issuance of Fort Bend County, Texas, 2015 Limited Tax Facility Bonds; setting certain parameters for the bonds; authorizing the pricing officer to approve the terms thereof and certain other procedures and provisions related thereto.
B. Discuss any pending action that may be necessary regarding the impact of the disaster declaration issued May 7, 2019 as a result of severe rain event in the County.
Take all appropriate action on the list of Fort Bend County 2019 Positions, to correct the count of Clerk III positions in the Office of District Clerk from 50 to 46 positions.
Take all appropriate action to canvass votes cast in the May 4, 2019 Special Election allowing voters to approve or disapprove the creation of Fort Bend County Assistance Districts No. 16, No. 17, No. 18, No. 19, No. 20, No. 21, and No. 22.
A. Take all appropriate on Development Agreement between Fort Bend County and Ventana Development McCrary, Ltd. regarding McCrary Road, Mobility Bond Project No. 17313x, and Brandt Road, Mobility Bond Project No. 17310, Precinct 3.
B. Take all appropriate action on request to purchase Parcel 1 in the amount of $357.72 and Parcel 2 in the amount of $34,451.72 plus necessary costs, and authorize County Judge to sign all closing documents regarding said parcels for Benton Road Segment 1, Mobility Bond Project No. 17110, Precinct 1. (Fund: 2017 Mobility Bonds)
C. Take all appropriate action on request to purchase Parcel 36 of South Post Oak in the amount of $25,748 plus the necessary closing costs and authorize County Judge to sign all closing documents, Mobility Bond Project No. 13112, Precinct 1. (Fund: 2013 Mobility Bonds)
Take all appropriate action on Resolution to Advance Funding and Reimburse Expenditures related to replacing the air conditioning system at the Fort Bend County Homeland Security & Emergency Management Office.
Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $10,000 from Non-Departmental Contingency as detailed on Auditor's form dated May 8, 2019 to allocate funds for severe weather event that began May 7, 2019.
A. Take all appropriate action on revisions to the Employee Information Manual, specifically Section 301: Drug and Alcohol Detection and Deterrence, as submitted by Human Resources.
B. Take all appropriate action on request to reclassify vacant position number 4751-0004, from First Assistant Civil Litigation, Grade 17 of the Professional Management Policy Group to Chief - Civil Litigation, Grade 16 of the Professional Management Policy Group, in the County Attorney's Office, effective June 29, 2019.
A. Take all appropriate action on request to ratify Agreement for Contingency Debris Removal between Fort Bend County and Ashbritt, Inc. pursuant to RFP 19-040 as the primary vendor.
B. Take all appropriate action on Bid 19-060 for the purchase of a used high water rescue truck. (Fund: Sheriff's Office and Forfeited Assets)

Take all appropriate action on Fourth Amendment to Agreement for Professional Acquisition Services between Fort Bend County and Property Acquisition Services, LLC., in an additional amount of $110,000 for a total contract amount not to exceed $1,692,761.25 pursuant to SOQ 14-025 for right of way services regarding 2013 Mobility Bond Projects within Precincts 1 and 4. H. Take all appropriate action on First Amendment of Agreement for Professional Title Report Services between Fort Bend County and Fort Bend Title, LLC. in an additional amount of $45,000 for a total contract amount not to exceed $125,000 for title research and reporting services regarding projects within Precincts 1, 2, 3, and 4.
