31. FACILITIES MANAGEMENT & PLANNING:

A. Take all appropriate action on the Release and Site Use agreement between Fort Bend County and Farmer's Market Company, LLC to allow Farmer's Market Company the right to use a portion of the Sienna Annex parking lot as indicated on Exhibit A, titled Area for Farmer's Market Use, located at 5855 Sienna Springs Way, to operate a farmers market on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. for a one year term.

B. Take all appropriate action on Amendment to the Lease Agreement between Fort Bend County and Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission to lease 1,390 square feet office space located at 1521 Eugene Heimann Circle in Richmond, Texas, effective May 1, 2019 through December 31, 2022 and to reimburse the County for certain improvements of office space, in an amount not to exceed $5,000.

32. PARKS & RECREATION:

Take all appropriate action on Amendment to Agreement for Professional Architectural and Engineering Services between Fort Bend County and IDG Architects, Inc. regarding football field upgrades at the South Post Oak Park sports facility. (Fund: Capital Improvement Project)

Take all appropriate action on Amendment to Professional Services Agreement between Fort Bend County and Bryan Smith, dba BPS Professional Services to increase the monthly salary of Deputy Director based on the availability of funds from the Office on National Drug control Policy effective January 1, 2019 through the remainder of the Agreement. C. Take all appropriate action on Amendment to Professional Services Agreement between Fort Bend County and William Stephens dba Osprey Research Corporation to increase the monthly salary of Intelligence/Training Coordinator based on the availability of additional grant funds from Office of National Drug Control Policy effective January 1, 2019 through the remainder of the agreement.
