26. COMMUNITY SUPERVISION & CORRECTIONS DEPARTMENT:

Take all appropriate action on Grant Application and Resolution to the Office of the Governor, Criminal Justice Division, for grant funding in the amount of $130,000 for the Felony Drug Court (CARD) and the Misdemeanor Drug Court programs, with no matching funds required by Fort Bend County for the period of September 1, 2019 through August 31, 2020.

27. DISTRICT CLERK:

Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $79,728 from Non-Departmental Contingency into District Clerk, Fees, to allocate funds for 2018 purchase order for services that were not received before September 30, 2018.

28. ENGINEERING:

A. Take all appropriate action on funding of Change Orders numbered 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 29 and 30 totaling $156,181.73 for payment to Texas Department of Transportation regarding widening of Trammel Fresno Road, revising the total estimated cost to $16,300,676.78 pursuant to the Advance Funding Agreement approved by Commissioners Court on August 12, 2008, Mobility Bond Project No. 746, Precincts 1 and 2. (Fund: Mobility Bonds)

B. Take all appropriate action on Agreement for Installation of Texas Department of Transportation Compliant Driveway between Fort Bend County and Rebecca Hinklin and accept an owner’s contribution of $950 regarding Trammel Fresno, Mobility Bond Project No. 746, Precincts 1 and 2.

C. Take all appropriate action on acceptance of a 4.587-acre tract and a 1.005-acre Easement tract of land conveyed by Donation Deed from Sunlake, Limited to Fort Bend County, Texas regarding Parcel 14 and Easement Tract 14 of Chimney Rock, Mobility Bond Project No. 13203, Precinct 2, and record the same in Official Public Records.

D. Take all appropriate action on acceptance of a 3.253-acre tract, a 0.4723-acre tract, a 6.893-acre tract, and a 1.900-acre easement tract of land conveyed by Donation Deed from Hannover Estates, LTD to Fort Bend County, Texas regarding Parcels 1, 13 and Easement Tract 13 of Chimney Rock, Mobility Bond Project No. 13203 and Parcel 3 of Lake Olympia Segment 1, Mobility Bond Project No. 13207, Precinct 2, and record the same in Official Public Records.

F. 29. FIRE MARSHAL:

30. HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES:

A. Clinical Health Services: Take all appropriate action on request to change Position No. 6301-P001 from part-time to full-time for the Clinical Health Tuberculosis prevention program, funded by Texas Department of State Health Services Contract No. 537-18-0034-00001, with no additional funds required by Fort Bend County effective through August 31, 2019.

B. Clinical Health Services: Take all appropriate action on Application to Texas Department of State Health Services for grant funds in the amount of $319,019 for the Disease Surveillance Program with no cash match required by Fort Bend County for the grant period of September 1, 2019 through August 31, 2021.

C. Emergency Medical Service: Take all appropriate action on request to retain vehicle Q097, Chevrolet Tahoe, as an addition to the fleet, to be utilized as a reserve emergency response vehicle.

31. OFFICE OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT:

A. Take all appropriate action on update to the Fort Bend County Emergency Operations Plan, specifically Annex C, Shelter and Mass Care.

B. Take all appropriate action on request to transfer ownership of two F-650 trucks funded by Urban Area Security Initiative grant funds from Fort Bend County to the Southeast Texas Regional Advisory Council (SETRAC) at no cost to either Fort Bend County or SETRAC.

C. Take all appropriate action on request to reclassify Position Number 5801-0019 in the Office of Emergency Management from Senior Planning Coordinator, Grade 13 of the Professional Management Policy Group to Project Manager/PIO, Grade 13 of the Professional Management Policy Group, effective February 12, 2019.

32. PURCHASING:

A. Take all appropriate action on Second Amendment to Master Services Agreement for Sheriff’s Office Inmate Technology Systems between Fort Bend County and Securus Technologies, Inc., pursuant to RFP 18-021.

B. Take all appropriate action on Purchasing Cooperative Interlocal Agreement between Fort Bend County and City of West University.

C. Take all appropriate action on request to purchase one (1) police package Tahoe, an addition to fleet, for Constable Precinct 2 from Caldwell Chevrolet, pursuant to Bid 19-017 in an amount not to exceed $31,475, funded by the Agreement for Additional Law Enforcement Services with Big Oaks Municipal Utility District.

D. Take all appropriate action on Bid 19-038, term contract for Stationery Printing and Supplies.

E. Take all appropriate action on Bid 19-039 Utility Vehicles for Fort Bend County Fairgrounds.

F. Take all appropriate action on RFP 19-015, term contract for Contingency Restoration Services for Emergency Disasters.

G. Take all appropriate action on RFP 19-037 for Insurance Broker of Record.

33. SHERIFF'S OFFICE:

Take all appropriate action on Resolution and Application to the Office of the Governor, Criminal Justice Division, for grant funds in an amount not to exceed $115,923 for the Criminal Investigations Division – Victim Case Coordination Program, with a cash match by Fort Bend County in the amount of $28,981 for a total project cost of $144,904 for the term of October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2021. (Fund: Sheriff's Office/Grant Allocations)

34. Approve Bills.

35. Authorize Auditor to pay and release time sensitive disbursements on February 21, 2019, to be ratified by Commissioners Court on February 26, 2019.
