B. Take all appropriate action on Non-Disclosure and Impartiality Statements for participation in the United States Census Bureau Participant Area Statistical Program with the Houston-Galveston Area Council.

A. Take all appropriate action on Petition and Consent to the Inclusion of Real Estate to Fort Bend County Assistance District No. 1.

B. Take all appropriate action on request to appoint a committee of experts to review the raw data, calculations, etc. that National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration use to determine the 100-year rainfall event and the impact on County property.

B. Take all appropriate action on request for variance to the block length requirement as stated in Section 5.5.A.2 of the Fort Bend County Regulations of Subdivisions, for Riverwood Village, Section 5, on behalf of Riverwood Land, LLC, Precinct 1.

32. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:

Take all appropriate action on Transportation Services Agreement between Fort Bend County and Fort Bend Seniors Meals on Wheels and Much, Much, More effective through September 30, 2019; thereafter auto-renew for a period of five years ending on September 30, 2024. 33. PURCHASING:

A. Take all appropriate action on RFP 19-036 for lease of property.

B. Take all appropriate action on a request to approve renewal of Hosted Internet Public Access (HIPA) from Manatron, Inc., a Thomson Reuters Business, and sole source provider pursuant to Local Government Code §262.024 (a)(7), for $43,584 annually, and a total contract amount not to exceed $130,752 effective January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2021. (Fund: County Clerk)

C. Take all appropriate action on Tenth Amendment to Agreement between Fort Bend County and Innovative Interfaces, Inc. dba Polaris Library Systems, for maintenance renewal, additional licenses, and server migration services, through an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with City of DeSoto, effective December 1, 2018 through November 30, 2019, for an amount not to exceed $116,535.73. (Fund: Library)

D. Take all appropriate action on Amendment No. 10 to Transportation Services Agreement between Fort Bend County and First Transit, Inc., pursuant to RFP 11-079, for a one-month extension through February 28, 2019, with an auto-renewal for one additional month ending March 31, 2019, for an amount not to exceed $425,000 per month. (Fund: Public Transportation)

E. Take all appropriate action on Fifth Amendment to End User License and Service Agreement between Fort Bend County and Comprise Technologies, Inc., a sole source provider as authorized by Section 262.024 (a)(7) Texas Local Government Code, for the renewal of software licenses and support for software and kiosks, effective November 2, 2018 through November 1, 2019, for an amount not to exceed $41,613. (Fund: Library)

F. Take all appropriate action on request to purchase three vans/buses for Public Transportation from Texas Bus Sales, pursuant to RFP 17-044. (Fund: Public Transportation Grants)

G. Take all appropriate action to consider granting an exemption to the competitive bid process as authorized by Local Government Code §262.024 (a)(7) for the purchase of items available from only one source from Physio-Control Inc., for Addendum to Quote Number 128850 for a one-year maintenance agreement for the LifePak15 in an amount not to exceed $1,764 effective October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2019. (Fund: Emergency Medical Service)

H. Take all appropriate action on Bid 19-031, term contract for purchase and hauling of chemical road materials.

I. Take all appropriate action on Agreement for Colonoscopy Services between Fort Bend County and OakBend Medical Center for an amount not to exceed $54,000 effective October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2019. (Fund: 1115 Waiver)

J. Take all appropriate action on price increase request from VM Distribution Partners pursuant to Bid 19-010, term contract for Purchase of Weed, Brush and Insect Control Chemicals for Fort Bend County. (Fund: Drainage, Parks, Road & Bridge)

K. Take all appropriate action on request to renew Bid 18-047, term contract for Mowing and Tree Trimming of Cinco Ranch Trail System, with price increase from Yellowstone Landscape. (Fund: Parks)

L. Take all appropriate action to consider granting an exemption to the competitive bid process as authorized by Local Government Code Section §262.024(a)(7) for the purchase of Stryker emergency equipment from only one source, Stryker Sales Corporation, for an amount not to exceed $96,559.04. M. Take all appropriate action on request to purchase furniture for Missouri City Library from McCoy-Rockford Inc. pursuant to Cooperative Sourcewell Contract Number 031715-STI for an amount not to exceed $27,530.06, Krueger International, Inc. pursuant to Cooperative National IPA Contract Number R180402 for an amount not to exceed $71,722.68, and Library Interiors of Texas, LLC pursuant to Cooperative Choice Partners Contract Number 14/022CG07 for an amount not to exceed $83,973.76. O. Take all appropriate action on request to purchase four new ambulance modules from Frazer, Ltd., utilizing Buy Board Contract 570-18, for an amount not to exceed $502,158.85. (Fund: Emergency Medical Service)

P. Take all appropriate action on Change Order No. 3 to increase the contract between Fort Bend County and Mar-Con Services in an additional amount of $65,971.08 for a total contract amount not to exceed $1,658,162.65 and to extend the contract time until June 16, 2018, pursuant to Bid No. 17-077 regarding Ladonia Street, Mobility Bond Project No. 13107, Precinct 1. Q. R.
