C. Take all appropriate action on granting water line easement to Fort Bend County Freshwater Supply District No. 1 used only for the purposes of constructing, repairing, maintaining, re-constructing, and operating the Facilities.

D. Take all appropriate action on request by Michael W. Elliott to waive penalty, interest and collections fees totaling $4,756.35 on property taxes for tax years 2006 through 2017, Precinct 1.

A. Take all appropriate action on the Purchase Sale Agreement between Fort Bend County and Abe Daily, Jr. for the acquisition of an approximately 50-acre tract of land for $1,250,000 plus any additional closing costs; and authorize County Judge to sign all necessary documents. B. Take all appropriate action on request to purchase Parcel 3 of the Daily Park Project in the amount of $9,082.45, including closing and relocation costs, and authorize County Judge to sign all necessary closing documents regarding the parcel, Precinct 3. Take all appropriate action on Agreement between Fort Bend County and Child Advocates of Fort Bend County in the amount of $39,470, which is a part of the FY 2018 Consolidated Annual Action Plan approved by Commissioners Court on July 3, 2018 and funded by the Community Development Block Grant Program.

26. ENGINEERING:

A. Take all appropriate action to increase the amount of funding for Change Orders numbered 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 approved on November 6, 2018, Agenda Item 29B, from $486,482.91 to $500,802.74, and increase the total revised estimated cost under the Advance Funding Agreement approved by Commissioners Court on August 12, 2008 from $15,598,762.28 to $16,099,565.02 to reflect an update to Change Order Number 15, Mobility Bond Project No. 746, Precincts 1 and 2. (Fund: Mobility Bonds)

B. Take all appropriate action on funding Change Order 12 in the amount of $33,174.26 for payment to Texas Department of Transportation regarding widening of Trammel Fresno Road, revising the total estimated cost to $16,132,739.28 pursuant to the Advance Funding Agreement approved by Commissioners Court on August 12, 2008, Mobility Bond Project No. 746, Precincts 1 and 2. (Fund: 2007 Mobility Bonds)

C. Take all appropriate action on request to authorize the exchange of a 5.058 acre tract of land owned by Fort Bend County for a 2.717 acre tract of land (Parcel 9) owned by Old South Plantation, Inc. to be used for public purposes, which includes a partial payment in the amount of $18,478.45 plus necessary closing costs pursuant to Local Government Code Section 263.006; and authorize the County Judge to sign all necessary documents, Mobility Bond Project No. 13109, Precinct 1.

D. Take all appropriate action on request to purchase the following parcels plus necessary costs, and authorize County Judge to sign all closing documents regarding said parcels for South Post Oak, Mobility Bond Project No. 13112, Precinct 1: Parcel 14 in the amount of $108,668.45; Parcel 39 in the amount of $33,711.22.

E. Take all appropriate action on acceptance of a certain 2.407 acres tract of land conveyed by donation deed from Cinco Commercial Property Association, Inc. to Fort Bend County regarding Cinco Village Center Boulevard and; record the same in Official Public Records, Precinct 3.

F. Take all appropriate action to appoint a commissioner to sell a tract of land owned by the County by public auction pursuant to Local Government Code Section 263.001, specifically, Lot 20 in Block 2 out of Oak Lake Estates Section 4 subdivision, Precinct 4.

G. Take all appropriate action to set auction date for sale of a tract of land owned by the County, specifically, Lot 20, Block 2 out of Oak Lake Estates Section 4 subdivision, Precinct 4.

H. Take all appropriate action on Advance Funding Agreement between Texas Department of Transportation and Fort Bend County regarding construction of a storm sewer outfall along FM 1463 near FM 1093 / Westpark Extension, Precinct 3. (Fund: Series 2017A Road Bonds)

27. HUMAN RESOURCES:

Take all appropriate action on request to reclassify vacant position number 5701-0095, in the Community Corrections and Supervision Department from Community Corrections Officer II, Grade 10 of the Professional Management Policy Group, to Pre-Trial Monitor, Grade 7 of the Administrative Clerical Policy Group, effective December 18, 2018.

28. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:

A. Take all appropriate action on Work Authorization No. 6 in the amount of $25,000 pursuant to the Agreement between Fort Bend County and Texas A&M Transportation Institute to update the Title VI Program. (Fund: Public Transportation, Grants)

B. Take all appropriate action on Amendment No. 9 to FY 2007 SUB-Award Interlocal Agreement between Fort Bend County and the Gulf Coast Rail District to extend the Interlocal Agreement for an additional year ending on February 9, 2020.

29. PURCHASING:

A. Take all appropriate action on RFP 19-022 Design/Build for Greenhouse for Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office.

B. Take all appropriate action on RFP 19-019 Project Administration Assistance for Elevation Project for Fort Bend County for Disaster DR 4272-0026.

C. Take all appropriate action on Agreement for Construction of Mission Bend Community Center between Fort Bend County and Bass Construction Company, Inc., pursuant to RFP 18-054, for an amount not to exceed $4,401,800. (Fund: Fort Bend County Assistance District No. 6)

D. Take all appropriate action on Agreement for Professional Construction Materials Testing between Fort Bend County and Austin-Reed Engineers, LLC for construction materials testing services for Mission Bend Community Center in an amount not to exceed $52,290. (Fund: Fort Bend County Assistance District No. 6)

E. Take all appropriate action on request to ratify the purchase of furniture for the Missouri City Branch Library from Library Interiors of Texas, LLC, utilizing Choice Partners Contract 14/022CG-07 for an amount not to exceed $92,670.85. (Fund: Library)

F. Take all appropriate action on License and Services Agreement between Fort Bend County and Tyler Technologies, a sole source provider as authorized by Section § 262.024.(a)(7) Texas Local Government Code, for software and integration services, in an amount not to exceed $368,959. G. Take all appropriate action on Amendment No. 9 to Transportation Services Agreement between Fort Bend County and First Transit, Inc., pursuant to RFP 11-079, to add ambassador services in an amount not to exceed $70,000. (Fund: Public Transportation)

H. Take all appropriate action on Lease Amendment No. 4 to the Agreement between Fort Bend County and the USDA, for the Farm Service Agency to extend the lease of office space in the Texas AgriLife facility located at 1402 Band Road in Rosenberg, Texas, from January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2020, with no change in the annual lease cost.

I. Take all appropriate action on Fourth Amendment to Agreement for Third Party Claims Administration Services between Fort Bend County and Boon Chapman Benefit Administrators, Inc. pursuant to RFP 16-086, for renewal of third party claims administration services effective January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019, for an amount not to exceed $2,000,000. (Fund: Employee Benefits)

J. Take all appropriate action on Second Amendment to Agreement for Construction of the Justice Center Expansion between Fort Bend County and Brookstone, LP, pursuant to RFP 17-037 for a reduction in cost of $135,688, for a total contract amount of $22,585,477. (Fund: FY 2015 Facilities Bond, Proposition 4)

K. Take all appropriate action on Software Subscription Services and Implementation Agreement between Fort Bend County and Aurigo Software Technologies, Inc., pursuant to RFP 18-062 in an amount not to exceed $643,545 for project management software. (Fund: Mobility Bonds)

L. Take all appropriate action on Agreement for Professional Architectural Construction Administration Services between Fort Bend County and STOA Architects for design services in an amount not to exceed $22,800 for the upgrade and restoration of the County Jail, pursuant to SOQ 16-045.
