Take all appropriate action to set a public hearing on the Fort Bend County Junkyards and Automotive Wrecking and Salvage Yards license application by Ramvaz All Body Parts & Storage, located at 210 Clay Street in Richmond, Texas to be conducted on Tuesday, October 9, 2018, at 1:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Courtroom on the second floor at 401 Jackson Street in Richmond Texas.

23. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:

A. Take all appropriate action on application to METRO for the Fiscal Year 2018 Section 5339 funds for an amount up to $3,867,370 with $580,106 in transportation development credits, for new transit vehicles for Downtown Houston Service, including grantor’s requests for submittal of additional information. (Fund: Public Transportation Grants)

B. Take all appropriate action on application to METRO for the Fiscal Year 2018 Section 5339 funds for an amount up to $892,470 with $133,871 in transportation development credits for commuter service replacement vehicles, including grantor’s requests for submittal of additional information. (Fund: Public Transportation Grants)

24. PURCHASING:

A. Take all appropriate action on Third Amendment to Agreement for Janitorial Services at Fort Bend County Justice Center between Fort Bend County and McLemore Building Maintenance, Inc. utilizing The Interlocal Purchasing System Contract 02052215, to add services for built out areas of the Justice Center for an additional amount of $394 per month for the remainder of the 2018 fiscal year and $788 per month for the 2019 fiscal year, totaling an annual amount not to exceed $276,792. B. Take all appropriate action on renewal with increase request from Dunbar Armored Inc., pursuant to Bid 17-007, term contract for Armored Car Services for FY 2019.

D.
