C. Take all appropriate action on Development Agreement between Fort Bend County and D.R. Horton-Texas, Ltd. for the subdivision of Sunset Crossing regarding construction of Bryan Road and to accept an owner’s contribution in an amount not to exceed $986,500 for Benton Road, Precinct 1.

D. Take all appropriate action on request to purchase the Parcel 06 in the amount of $7,658.45 and Parcel 15 in the amount of $11,357.45 plus necessary costs, and authorize County Judge to sign all closing documents regarding said parcels for South Post Oak, Mobility Bond Project No. 13112, Precinct 1. E. F. 32. FACILITIES MANAGEMENT & PLANNING:

A. Take all appropriate action on request to transfer $87,999 from Non-Departmental Contingency into Facilities Management and Planning as detailed on Auditor's form dated July 18, 2018 to allocate funds for repairs to the hot water distribution system at the Jail West Tower.

B. Take all appropriate action on request to transfer he amount of $134,991 from Non-Departmental Contingency into Facilities Maintenance, as detailed on Director's form dated July 19, 2018, to allocate funds for replacement of a chiller at the Sugar Land Branch Library.

33. HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES:

A. Emergency Medical Service: Take all appropriate action on First Responder Cooperation Agreement between Fort Bend County and City of Missouri City.

34. PARKS & RECREATION:

Take all appropriate action on application to The George Foundation for grant funding in the amount of $150,000 in support of park amenity improvements for King-Kennedy Memorial Park with a County contribution of the total project to date of $206,435; Precinct 1.
