B. Take all appropriate action on the revised Facility Use Requirements for selected County Facilities.

A. Take all appropriate action on request by Merline Faust to waive penalty and interest totaling $137.12 on property taxes for tax year 2017, Precinct 2.

B. Take all appropriate action on letter from The George Foundation regarding the Fort Bend County Aquatic Fitness Center, reference number 2014-0155, to extend the timeframe for use of grant funds until January 31, 2019, with no change in funding or other grant terms.

A. Take all appropriate action on Interlocal Agreement for Additional Law Enforcement Services between Fort Bend County and Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 133, with services to be provided by the Office of Constable, Pct. 3 effective through September 30, 2018.

Take all appropriate action on Resolution and Order Decreeing the Acquisition of Property to be a Public Necessity and Authorizing the Acquisition and Payment of Compensation by Record Vote for the Lake Olympia Segment 1, beginning east ROW line of Fort Bend Parkway and ending 5,400 feet east of Fort Bend Parkway in Fort Bend County, Texas, Mobility Bond Project No. 13207, Precinct 2.

28. ELECTIONS ADMINISTRATION:

Take all appropriate action on refund payments as detailed on Administrator's report dated June 18, 2018, totaling $8,343.67 to the political subdivisions for over payment of Election Deposits for the May 5, 2018 Joint Election.

29. ENGINEERING:

A. Take all appropriate action on request for temporary road closure, pursuant to Section 251.011 of the Texas Transportation Code, for the Spring Green Boulevard mobility project at the intersection of Katy Flewellen and Willow Lane, to be closed during construction; closure to begin June 27, 2018 thru July 31, 2018, Mobility Bond Project No. 13318, Precinct 3.

B. Take all appropriate action on request for variance to the block length requirement as stated in Section 5.5.A.2 of the Fort Bend County Regulations of Subdivisions, for Estates at Lakes of Williams Ranch, Section 1, on behalf of The Estates at Lakes of Williams Ranch, Ltd. and Fort Bend MUD 116, Precinct 1.

C. Take all appropriate action on plat for the roads within Estates at Lakes of Williams Ranch, Section 1, Precinct 1.

D. Take all appropriate action on plat for the lots within Estates at Lakes of Williams Ranch, Section 1, Precinct 1.

E. Take all appropriate action on Interlocal Agreement for City-Managed Mobility Project between Fort Bend County and City of Stafford in an amount not to exceed $179,500 regarding West Airport Turn Lanes, Mobility Bond No. 13215, Precinct 2. (Fund: 2013 Mobility Bonds)

F. Take all appropriate action on request to purchase a certain Easement in the amount of $5,000 plus necessary costs from Gold Star Realty, Inc. regarding Bellaire Boulevard, Mobility Bond Project No. 13202, Precinct 2. (Fund: 2013 Mobility Bonds)

G. Take all appropriate action on acceptance of a certain 2.266 acres tract of land conveyed by Donation Deed from Woodmere Development Co. LTD to Fort Bend County, Texas regarding Lake Olympia Segment 1, Parcel 9, Mobility Bond Project No. 13207, Precinct 2; record same in Official Public Records.

H. Take all appropriate action on request for an exception to the minimum spacing requirements for driveways along major thoroughfares pursuant to Section 6 of the Permits for the Construction of Driveways and Culverts on County Easements and Right-of-ways in Fort Bend County, specifically Section 3.B.1.e, for a proposed driveway located at 15517 West Bellfort in Sugar Land, Texas, Precinct 4.

30. FACILITIES MANAGEMENT & PLANNING:

Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $75,000 from Non-Departmental Contingency into Facilities Projects - Library as detailed on Auditor's form dated June 20, 2018 to allocate funds for repairs to the control panel and pumps at the George Memorial Library.

31. HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES:

A. Take all appropriate action on the 1115 Waiver Program funding for demonstration year seven in the amount of $5,649,979 with an intergovernmental transfer of $2,436,271.

B. Clinical Health Services: Take all appropriate action on application to Susan Vaughn Foundation for grant funding in the amount of $25,000 in support of the County tuberculosis screening program, with no cash match required by Fort Bend County.

C. Clinical Health Services: Take all appropriate action on Collaboration Agreement between Fort Bend County and Avenue 360 Health & Wellness regarding continuum of care for HIV/AIDS treatment and pre-exposure prophylaxis.

D. Indigent Health Care: Take all appropriate action on Memorandum of Understanding between Fort Bend County and CHI St. Luke's Sugar Land Hospital to affirm the hospital's commitment to the provision of health care to indigent, uninsured, and underinsured residents of Fort Bend County.

E. Social Services: Take all appropriate action on Agency Participation Agreement between Fort Bend County and Fort Bend Hope for the Fort Bend County Collaborative Information System.

F. Social Services: Take all appropriate action on Agency Participation Agreement between Fort Bend County and Rosenberg Housing Authority for the Fort Bend County Collaborative Information System.

G. Social Services: Take all appropriate action on Letter Agreement from Reliant Energy to continue providing assistance to qualified County residents under the Reliant CARE Program.

H. Social Services: Take all appropriate action on Application to the Fund for Shared Insight for grant funding in the amount of $30,000 to implement the Listen For Good Initiative over an eighteen month period, and authorize electronic submission of the application by the Director of Social Services.

32. HUMAN RESOURCES:

A. Take all appropriate action on request to reclassify vacant Position No. 5051-0002 in the Purchasing Department from Buyer III, Grade 10 of the Administrative Clerical Policy Group to Buyer II, Grade 9 of the Administrative Clerical Policy Group, effective June 30, 2018.

B. Take all appropriate action on request to reclassify vacant Position No. 6111-0015 in the Road & Bridge Department from Fitter/Welder, Grade 7 of the Operator Skilled Trade Policy Group to Mechanic, Grade 7 of the Operator Skilled Trade Policy Group, effective June 26, 2018.

C. Take all appropriate action on request to reclassify vacant Position No. 6111-0092 in the Road & Bridge Department from Master Gardener/Landscaper, Grade 6 of the Operator Skilled Trade Policy Group to Equipment Operator, Grade 5 of the Operator Skilled Trade Policy Group, effective June 26, 2018.

33. PURCHASING:

A. Take all appropriate action on request to purchase one (1) vehicle, addition to fleet, for Sheriff's Office, from Legacy Ford, in an amount not to exceed $43,859.(Fund: Forfeited Assets)

B. Take all appropriate action on request to repair the water pumps at the George Memorial Library, as authorized by Section 262.024 (a)(3) Texas Local Government Code, for unforeseen damage to public property, from All-Pump & Equipment Company, in an amount not to exceed $63,571. (Fund: Facilities)

C. Take all appropriate action on Addendum 2 between Fort Bend County and Vision Internet Providers for additional services to the existing website and intranet for Health and Human Services, in an amount of $6,250 for a total contract amount not to exceed $137,560.01 for the remaining contract term. (Fund: Information Technology)

D. Take all appropriate action on Change Order to increase the contract between Fort Bend County, Simplex Grinnell, and Johnson Controls Business for additional items related to upgrade of the control panel in the amount of $7,930.24 for a total contract amount not to exceed $227,430.24, utilizing National Joint Powers Alliance Contract 031517. (Fund: Juvenile Detention Multi-Year Project)

E. Take all appropriate action on request to donate one (1) surplus property vehicle to the Fairchild Volunteer Fire Department, as requested in their letter and permitted by Texas Local Government Code Section §352.002(b).

F. Take all appropriate action on Bid 18-068 for term contract for emergency and non-emergency hazardous materials, clean-up, removal and disposal for Fort Bend County.

G. Take all appropriate action on request from vendor to cancel contract with Vulcan Construction Materials for Traprock Grades 3 and 5, pursuant to Bid 18-035, term contract for purchase and hauling of Earthen Type Road Materials, and re-advertise for bids.

H. Take all appropriate action on request from vendor to cancel contract for bid item 15 with Crop Production Services, Inc. pursuant to Bid 18-010, term contract for weed, brush and insect control chemicals, and award to the next low bidder, VM Distribution Partners.

I. Take all appropriate action on Bid 18-074 for Furniture and Shelving for Mission Bend Branch Library.

J. Take all appropriate action on RFQ 18-076 for engineering services for Braxton Road waterline improvement for City of Kendleton.

K. Take all appropriate action on RFP 18-072 for term contract for purchase of 5-15 transit vans.

L. Take all appropriate action on RFP 19-001, term contract for Employee Drug and Alcohol Testing Services.

M. Take all appropriate action on Third Amendment to Agreement for Inmate Food Service between Fort Bend County and Aramark Correctional Services, LLC, pursuant to RFP 15-058, for meal rate increase effective June 26, 2018, contract for the remainder of fiscal year 2018, in an amount not to exceed $1,670,727 and for a one (1) year renewal for the period October 1, 2018 - September 30, 2019, for an amount not to exceed $1,688,778. (Fund: Sheriff's Office, Detention)

N. Take all appropriate action on Agreement for Professional Property Acquisition Services between Fort Bend County and Property Acquisition Services, LLC. in an amount not to exceed $8,700 for right of way services regarding FM 762/FM 2759 (Crabb River Rd), Mobility Bond Project No. x28 and West Tavener Road, Precinct 1. (Fund: Right of Way)

O. Take all appropriate action on Third Amendment to Agreement for Professional Property Acquisition Services between Fort Bend County and Property Acquisition Services, LLC. in an additional amount of $663,211.25 and a total contract amount not to exceed $1,582,761.25 pursuant to SOQ 14-025 for right of way services regarding 2013 Mobility Bond Projects within Precincts 1 and 4. (Fund: Right of Way)

P. Take all appropriate action on Agreement for Professional Engineering Services between Fort Bend County and SES Horizon Consulting Engineers, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $253,323.41, pursuant to SOQ 14-025 regarding professional engineering services for Mason Road, Mobility Bond Project No. 17405, Precinct 4. (Fund: 2017 Mobility Bonds)

Q. Take all appropriate action on Agreement for Professional Property Acquisition Services between Fort Bend County and The Guess Group, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $154,400 for right of way services regarding 2017 Mobility Bond Projects within Precinct 2. (Fund: Right of Way)

34. SHERIFF'S OFFICE:

A. Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $44,000 from Sheriff's Federal Forfeited Assets, Contingency into Capital Acquisitions to allocate funds for the purchase of a vehicle.

B. Take all appropriate action on Modification Number 1 to Award No. G18HN0010A to receive additional funds in the amount of $739,872 from the Executive Office of the President for the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area program, for a total award of $1,138,265 with no cash match from Fort Bend County for use through December 31, 2019.

C. Take all appropriate action on request to replace money shortage in the amount of $39.00 to Sheriff's Office Inmate Property account. (Fund: Sheriff, Detention)
