A. Take appropriate action on request for a variance to the Fort Bend County Regulations of Subdivisions, specifically the sidewalk requirement as stated in Section 5.8.A for Fairpark Village, Section 8, along Fairhaven Lane, on behalf of Woodmere Development Co., Ltd., Precinct 1.

B. Take all appropriate action on request for a variance to the Fort Bend County Regulations of Subdivisions for Veranda, Section Sixteen, specifically, (1) to the side building line as stated in Section 5.12.C.5 to allow a 10-foot setback between dwelling units, and (2) the minimum lot size variance as stated in Section 5.14.E.4, on behalf of HW Holdings LLC, Precinct 1.

27. LIBRARY:

Take all appropriate action on the 2018 Interlibrary Lending Reimbursement Program Grant Agreement for Fort Bend County libraries to receive reimbursement funds for lending library materials to all Texas public, academic and special libraries.

A. Take all appropriate action on request to advertise for bids for hot water distribution repairs at the West Tower Jail.
