Take all appropriate action on Agreement with Texas Department of Transportation for the Office of Constable Pct. 3 to participate in the FY 2018 Selective Traffic Enforcement Program - Click It Or Ticket Mobilization and receive grant funds in the amount of $5,984.59 with no cash match required by the County for the period of May 2, 2018 through June 10, 2018.

Take all appropriate action on the Intergovernmental Agreement between Fort Bend County and Houston-Galveston Area Council for participation in the Regional DWI Task Force Program effective May 1, 2018 through September 30, 2018.

A. Take all appropriate action on request for variance to the use of private streets requirement as stated in Section 5.9.A; for the dead end street requirement as stated in Section 5.6.A.1; for rear lot utility easement requirements as stated in Section 5.11.A.3.a and Section 5.11.A.3.c; building line requirements as stated in Section 5.12.C.1.a and e; and the minimum lot size requirement as stated in Section 5.14.E.4 of the Fort Bend County Regulations of Subdivisions, for Silver Ranch, Section 16, on behalf of CND-Silver Ranch, LLC, Precinct 3.

B. Take all appropriate action on plat for the roads within Silver Ranch, Section 16, Precinct 3.

D. E. Take all appropriate action on request to purchase Parcel 30 of the Katy Flewellen Project in the amount of $117,921.45 plus necessary costs, and authorize County Judge to sign all necessary closing documents, including execution of the Access Road Agreement with the seller, Iglesia Bautista Vida Nueva De Katy, Mobility Bond Project No. 13316, Precinct 3. A. Take all appropriate action on First Amendment of year two of the Service Provider Agreement between Fort Bend County and United Way of Greater Houston.

B. Take all appropriate action on Agency Participation Agreement between Fort Bend County and Access Health for the Fort Bend County Collaborative Information System.

21. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY:

Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $122,500 from Non-Departmental Contingency into Information Technology, Fees as detailed on Auditor's form dated April 26, 2018 to allocate funds for consultant services and email software.

22. PURCHASING:

A. Take all appropriate action on request by S&C Construction Company for price increase pursuant to Bid 18-006, term contract for Concrete Pavement Rehabilitation.

B. Take all appropriate action on Addendum to Agreement for Fire and Security Alarm Services utilizing GSA Contract GS-07F-0097W between Fort Bend County and Firetron Inc. to add the Four Corners Community Center and Extension Service Agriculture and Education Centers in an amount not to exceed $1,423.25 for the remainder of fiscal year 2018, total contract not to exceed $228,757.80 annually. (Fund: Facilities Management & Planning, AgriLife Extension Office, Parks Department, and Fort Bend County Assistance District No. 6)

C. Take all appropriate action on Amendment to Agreement for Professional Engineering Services between Fort Bend County and HTS, Inc. for an additional $25,000 and a total contract amount not to exceed $64,624.55, pursuant to SOQ 14-025; regarding construction materials testing for Ladonia Street, Mobility Bond Project No. 13107, Precinct 1. (Fund: 2013 Mobility Bonds)

D. Take all appropriate action on Agreement for Professional Engineering Services between Fort Bend County and Terra Associates, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $1,144,420 pursuant to SOQ 14-025 for professional engineering services regarding Lake Olympia Segment 2, Mobility Bond Project No. 17201, Precinct 2. (Fund: 2017 Mobility Bonds)

E. Take all appropriate action on Agreement to Professional Engineering Services between Fort Bend County and Huitt-Zollars, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $362,956.74 pursuant to SOQ 14-025 for professional engineering services regarding Grand Parkway (SH 99) and Mason Road, Mobility Bond Project Numbers 17401 and 17403, Precinct 4. F.
