L. Take all appropriate action on Fourth Amendment to Project Management Agreement between Fort Bend County and RPS Infrastructure, Inc. in an additional amount of $150,000 for a total contract amount not to exceed $1,407,875 pursuant to SOQ 14-025 regarding 2013 Mobility Bond Projects within Precincts 1,2,3 and 4. (Fund: 2013 Mobility Bonds)
A. Take all appropriate action on request to create one additional part-time position in the Tax Office effective April 24, 2018, to assist while full-time employee is on military leave of absence.
B. Take all appropriate action on request to transfer $8,580 as detailed on Tax Assessor's form dated April 10, 2018 to allocate funds for additional part-time position.
