Take all appropriate action on Agreements for Direct Services for the Prevention of Violence or Abuse/Neglect of a Child between Fort Bend County and the following agencies to provide services effective through December 30, 2018, funded by the Family Protection Fee, pursuant to Section 51.961 of the Texas Government Code: Fort Bend County Women's Center Inc. in the amount of $15,486; Community Partners Rainbow Room in the amount of $5,000; and Child Advocates of Fort Bend Inc. in the amount of $15,486.

22. AGRILIFE EXTENSION OFFICE:

Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $3,000 from Non-Departmental Contingency into AgriLife Extension Office, Fees, to allocate funds for additional cell phones required for response to Hurricane Harvey Recovery efforts, and for excess fees regarding fire and security alarm services.

23. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT:

Take all appropriate action on agreements between Fort Bend County and the following entities, which are part of the FY 2017 Consolidated Annual Action Plan approved by Commissioners Court July, 25, 2017 and funded by the Community Development Block Grant: Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 19 in the amount of $132,804 for water system improvements; and City of Arcola in the amount of $318,304 for wastewater system improvements.

24. CONSTABLE, PCT. 2:

Take all appropriate action on Constable's Application for Participation in the Texas 1033 Military Surplus Property Program and accept the State Plan of Operations between the State of Texas and Fort Bend County, administered by the Office of Constable Precinct 2.

25. DISTRICT ATTORNEY:

Take all appropriate action to ratify grant application and resolution to the Office of the Governor, Criminal Justice Division for grant funding in the amount of $212,957 for the Victim Witness Staff Expansion program for the period of October 1, 2018 to September 31, 2020, with a cash match by Fort Bend County in the amount of $133,391 for a total program budget of $346,348 for the period of October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2020.

26. ENGINEERING:

A. Take all appropriate action on request for temporary road closure of Sycamore Road (Mobility Project #13113) during construction, from Eaglewood Trail Drive to Rabb Road (changed to West Sycamore Road), pursuant to Section 251.011 of the Texas Transportation Code, closure from February 28, 2018 until May 31, 2018, Precinct 1.

B. Take all appropriate action on funding of Change Orders numbered 13 and 14 totaling $50,398.89 for payment to Texas Department of Transportation regarding the widening of Trammel Fresno Road, revising the total estimated cost to $15,112,279.37 pursuant to the Advance Funding Agreement approved by Commissioners Court on August 12, 2008, Mobility Bond Project No. 746, Precincts 1 and 2. C. D. 27. FACILITIES MANAGEMENT & PLANNING:

Take all appropriate action on Interlocal Lease Agreement between Fort Bend County and the University of Houston System to lease office space located at 5855 Sienna Springs Way in Missouri City, Texas for twelve months, commencing on the date of execution.

28. HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES:

A. Take all appropriate action on First Amendment to Agreement between Fort Bend County and Fort Bend Regional Council on Substance Abuse, Inc. in the amount of $44,990 for Implementation of the Screening Brief Intervention and Referral to Treatment Model in the AccessHealth Clinic through September 30, 2018. (Fund: 1115 Waiver)

B. Clinical Health Services: Take all appropriate action on Collaboration Agreement between Fort Bend County and Access Health regarding continuum of care for HIV/AIDS treatment and pre-exposure prophylaxis.

C. Social Services: Take all appropriate action on request to create a new position, Program Coordinator, Grade 10 of the Professional Management Policy Group in the Social Services Department, effective February 27, 2018.

D. Social Services: Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $44,084 from Public Assistance into salary line items as detailed on Director's form dated February 20, 2018, to allocate additional funds for salary of new position, Program Coordinator.

29. HUMAN RESOURCES:

Take all appropriate action on request to reclassify vacant Position Number 6501-0097 in the County Library from Outreach Manager, Grade 10 of the Administrative Clerical Policy Group, to Librarian I- Assistant Programming and Event Manager, Grade 10 of the Administrative Clerical Policy Group, effective February 27, 2018.

30. INDIGENT DEFENSE:

Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $6,650 from Non-Departmental Contingency into Indigent Defense, as detailed on Auditor's form dated February 6, 2018, to allocate funds for the purchase of furniture and equipment for the new full-time position in the department.

31. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:

Take all appropriate action on request to ratify submission of application to Texas Department of Transportation for Fiscal Year 2018 Section 5311 Rural Federal funds in the amount of $260,860 to assist with transportation programs, and a proposed local match of $155,977. 32. PURCHASING:

A. Take all appropriate action on Fourth Amendment to Agreement for Janitorial Services between Fort Bend County and McLemore Building Maintenance, Inc., pursuant to The Interlocal Purchasing System Contract 02052215, to increase services for the Fort Bend County Central Appraisal District's Phase II Additions, for an additional amount of $834 per month, increasing the monthly expense not to exceed $55,436.22. (Fund: Facilities)

B. Take all appropriate action on Second Amendment to Agreement for Janitorial Services at the Justice Center between Fort Bend County and McLemore Building Maintenance, Inc. pursuant to The Interlocal Purchasing System Contract 02052215 to add the Justice Center Expansion for an amount not to exceed $25,382 for the month of March 2018, and renewal of services through March 31, 2019 for an amount not to exceed $22,278 per month or an annual amount not to exceed $267,336. (Fund: Facilities)

C. Take all appropriate action on Fourth Amendment for renewal of Agreement for Contingency Ambulance Transport Services between Fort Bend County and Acadian Ambulance Services, LLC pursuant to RFP 14-026 effective through March 31, 2019.

D. Take all appropriate action on Change Order No. 1 to increase the contract between Fort Bend County and Southwest Solutions Group, Inc. by $6,430 for a total contract amount not to exceed $136,616.28 regarding relocation services of space saver mobile storage at the Justice Center. (Fund: 2015 Facilities Bond, Proposition 4)

E. Take all appropriate action on Addendum to Public Health Volunteer Recruiting Agreement between Fort Bend County and Homeland Preparedness Project, pursuant to SOQ 07-038, for services through December 31, 2018, in amount not to exceed $50,000. (Fund: Office of Emergency Management, Urban Area Security Initiatives Grant)

F. Take all appropriate action on the purchase of one (1) Mini-Caliber Robot for the Fort Bend Regional SWAT Team from ICOR Technology, in an amount not to exceed $239,715.95 utilizing General Services Administration Contract Number GS-07F-0430V. G. Take all appropriate action on RFP 18-040 for renovation of Freedom Park Concession Building.

Take all appropriate action to consider granting an exemption to the competitive bid process as authorized by the Texas Local Government Code § Section 262.024 (a)(7) for the purchase of law print materials available from only one source, Westlaw Thomson Reuters, in an amount not to exceed $54,000 for the term of March 1,2018 through February 28, 2019. L. Take all appropriate action on request to authorize the expenditure of $78,529.29 for continued radio system maintenance utilizing Harris County Radio Service Agreement. (Fund: Sheriff’s Office)

M. Take all appropriate action on Eighth Amendment to Agreement for Engineering Services between Fort Bend County and Klotz Associates, Inc. to increase the amount by $320,000 for a total contract amount not to exceed $2,788,269.36 for project management services regarding 2007 Mobility Bond Projects within Precincts 1, 2, 3 and 4. N. Take all appropriate action on Change Order No. 1 to increase the contract between Fort Bend County and Triple B Services, LLP by $1,200 for a total contract amount not to exceed $1,997,105 pursuant to Bid No. 17-083 regarding Braxton Street, Mobility Bond Project No.13116x, Precinct 1. (Fund: 2013 Mobility Bonds)

O. Take all appropriate action on Change Order No. 2 to increase the contract between Fort Bend County and Triple B Services, LLP by $322,935 for a total contract amount not to exceed $2,320,040 and to extend the contract time until December 22, 2018 pursuant to Bid No. 17-083 regarding Braxton Street, Mobility Bond Project No.13116x, Precinct 1. P. Take all appropriate action on Change Order No. 4 to increase the contract between Fort Bend County and Allgood Construction Co. 34. SHERIFF'S OFFICE:

Take all appropriate action on request to increase the Sheriff's Office fleet with four vehicles from the Law Enforcement Agreement with Greatwood Community Association: three Tahoe vehicles, (Unit Nos. V039, T006, and T012), and one Ford F150 truck (Unit No. S039).
