Inc. to increase the contract amount by $7,373.71 for a total contract amount not to exceed $1,130,862.97 regarding Chimney Rock, Mobility Bond Project No. x20, pursuant to Bid No. 17-060, Precinct 2. C. Take all appropriate action on payment of Invoice No. 4 in the amount of $157,467.29 to Allgood Construction Company Inc. for construction services regarding Chimney Rock, Mobility Bond Project No. x20, Precinct 2. (Fund: 2007 Mobility Bonds)

21. FACILITIES MANAGEMENT & PLANNING:

Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $1,588 from Non-Departmental Contingency into Facilities, Information Technology to allocate funds for the purchase of plan review software.

22. FIRE MARSHAL:

Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $1,985 from Non-Departmental Contingency into Fire Marshal, Information Technology to allocate funds for the purchase of plan review software.

23. HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES:

A. Social Services: Take all appropriate action on acceptance of funds in the amount of $10,000 from TXU Energy to provide assistance to qualified County residents under the TXU Energy Aid Program.

B. Social Services: Take all appropriate action on letter from Reliant Energy contributing additional funds in the amount of $980.17 to provide assistance to qualified County residents under the Reliant CARE Program.

24. OFFICE OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT:

Take all appropriate action on Release and Indemnity Agreement between Fort Bend County and Tractor Supply Company to provide a warehouse for storage and distribution of Texas flood emergency relief supplies in Fort Bend County.

25. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:

A. Take all appropriate action on Amendment No. 1 to the Project Grant Agreement between Fort Bend County and Texas Department of Transportation for Project # RUR 1802 (11), to revise the budget with no change in state award.

B. Take all appropriate action on application to Federal Transit Administration (FTA) for Fiscal Year 2016 Section 5307 funds totaling $4,356,310 with $1,601,878 in local match funding, $511,886 in transportation development credits. (Fund: Public Transportation Grants)

26. PURCHASING:

A. Take all appropriate action on Amendment to Agreement for Design/Build Concession Area of Building C at Fairgrounds between Fort Bend County and Crain Group, LLC, in an additional amount of $9,571.10 for a total contract amount not to exceed $138,560.10, pursuant to SOQ 18-024 for additional services. (Fund: Fairgrounds Capital Improvement Project)

B. Take all appropriate action on Change Order No. 2 between Fort Bend County and Allgood Construction Co. Inc. to increase the contract by $43,310.55 for a total contract amount not to exceed $4,817,615.31 regarding Williams Way Blvd from FM 762 to US 59/IH NB Frontage Road, pursuant to Bid No. 17-038, Mobility Bond Project Number 13114 Precinct 1.
