Take all appropriate action on acceptance of increase in formula grant award from the Texas Indigent Defense Commission in the amount $177,328 for a total FY 2017 Formula Grant Award amount of $782,014.

23. ENGINEERING:

A. Take all appropriate action on request for variance on elevation and permit requirements for placement of FEMA Temporary Housing Units in Special Flood Hazard Areas as prescribed in the Fort Bend County Regulations for Floodplain Management, for residences damaged during Hurricane Harvey.

B. Take all appropriate action to accept two tracts of land, being 0.0879 of an acre and 0.2713 of an acre, identified as Parcels 01 and 03 respectively, conveyed by Special Warranty Deed by Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 23, in exchange for land to be abandoned by Resolution and Order of Commissioners Court related to the Sycamore Road Mobility Bond Project No. 13113, Precinct 1.

C. Take all appropriate action on Resolution and Order to Abandon a portion of Sycamore Road, a 0.5429 of an acre tract of land, dedicated by subdivision plat of Teal Run, Section Nine, Slide Number 1821A, in exchange for land conveyed to the County related to the Sycamore Road Mobility Bond Project No. 13113, Precinct 1.

D. Take all appropriate action on Application for Department of the Army Permit and authorize Judge to sign as representative of Fort Bend County regarding Chimney Rock Road, Mobility Bond Project No. 13203, Precinct 2.

E. Take all appropriate action on Application for Department of the Army Permit and authorize Judge to sign as representative of Fort Bend County regarding Lake Olympia Segment 2, Mobility Bond Project No. 13217x, Precinct 2.

F. Take all appropriate action on request for variance to the block length requirement as stated in Section 5.6.D of the Fort Bend County Regulations of Subdivisions, for Walnut Creek Reserves, on behalf of Lennar Homes of Texas Land and Construction, Ltd., Precinct 1.

G. Take all appropriate action on the plat for Walnut Creek Reserves, Precinct 1.

H. Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $260,011 from Commissioners Court Projects and $2,239 from Non-Departmental Contingency to allocate funds into project account regarding utility construction for First Baptist Church of Fresno and Mustang Community Center.

I. Take all appropriate action on Development Agreement between Fort Bend County and Beazer Homes Texas, L.P. for construction of Benton Road along Bonbrook Plantation South Sections 6, 7, and 8, and accept owners contribution for Bonbrook Section 7 in the amount of $182,500, Precinct 1.

J. Take all appropriate action on Development Agreement between Fort Bend County and Reading Alliance, LLC for Benton Road and accept contribution for Reserve C in the amount of $69,700, Precinct 1.

K. Take all appropriate action on Electric Easement agreement between Fort Bend County and CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric, LLC to install an electric easement as depicted in Sketch No. 17-0578, for services at 644 W Palm Street, Precinct 1.

L. Take all appropriate action on Participation Agreement between Fort Bend County and Thor Ranch LLC, regarding funding by Thor Ranch LLC, in the amount of $124,547.76 and a donation of 0.2143 of an acre for construction of a right turn lane for FM 1093/Westpark Extension, Precinct 3.

M. Take all appropriate action on Donation Deed between Fort Bend County and Waterside Estates Community Association, Inc. to accept an area of 0.0073 of an acre for West Bellfort at Mason and record same into Official Public Records, Precinct 4.

24. HUMAN RESOURCES:

Take all appropriate action on revisions to the Employee Information Manual, specifically Policy 301 Drug and Alcohol Detection and Deterrence, as submitted by Human Resources.

25. JUVENILE PROBATION & DETENTION:

Take all appropriate action on Intergovernmental Agreement between Houston-Galveston Area Council and Fort Bend County for the County to receive grant funds in the amount of $14,000 in support of mental health assessment and/or therapy for referred juveniles for the period of October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018.

26. PURCHASING:

A. Take all appropriate action on Bid 18-029 for the construction of Spring Green Boulevard Extension, Fort Bend County Mobility Bond Project 13318, Precinct 3.

B. Take all appropriate action on Bid 18-030 for the construction of Powerline Road from Spice Springs Lane to Sunrise Meadow Lane for Fort Bend County Mobility Bond Project 13110, Precinct 1.

C. Take all appropriate action on request to purchase five (5) ambulance modules and five (5) electrical plug connectors from Frazer Ltd., utilizing Buy Board Contract Number 492-15, in an amount not to exceed $643,300. (Fund: Emergency Medical Service)

D. Take all appropriate action on Lease Agreement between Fort Bend County and Clear Wireless LLC, a Nevada limited company, pursuant to RFP 17-043 for Lease of Roof Space for Cellular Telephone Antenna and Equipment on the Travis Building.

E. Take all appropriate action on Second Amendment to Agreement for Janitorial Services between Fort Bend County and High Quality Cleaning Services pursuant to RFP 16-034 for an annual amount not to exceed $62,520. (Fund: Parks)

F. Take all appropriate action on Addendum to Agreement for Powerplan Implementation Services and Software License between Fort Bend County and Questica, Ltd. pursuant to RFP 16-038 Budget Software Solution, to renew annual maintenance services for years 2 and 3 for a total amount not to exceed $30,000. (Fund: Information Technology)

G. Take all appropriate action on Fifth Amendment to Master Service Agreement between Fort Bend County and Securus Technologies, pursuant to RFP 13-058, to extend the Agreement for inmate phone system no later than March 31, 2018.

H. Take all appropriate action on Eighth Amendment to Agreement between Fort Bend County and Innovative Interfaces, Inc. dba Polaris Library Systems for additional software, licenses, upgrade, and maintenance in an amount not to exceed $110,729.26. (Fund: Library)

I. Take all appropriate action on Second Amendment to Agreement between Fort Bend County and Next Level Urgent Care, LLC in an amount not to exceed $975,000 for employee health and wellness clinical services effective January 1 through December 31, 2018, pursuant to RFP 16-109, for a total contract amount not to exceed $2,861,920. (Fund: Risk Management)

J. Take all appropriate action on Second Renewal to Hosted Internet Public Access Plus Hosting Agreement between Fort Bend County and Manatron, Inc., a Thomson Reuters Business, and sole source provider pursuant to Local Government Code Section 262.024, for an amount not to exceed $120,358.16. (Fund: County Clerk, Records Management)

K. Take all appropriate action to consider granting an exemption to the competitive bid process as authorized by Local Government Code §262.024(a)(7) for the purchase of an item available from only one source for software maintenance and license agreement from VOTEC Corporation and take action on Second Renewal to VOTEC Software License Agreement in an amount not to exceed $120,421.80 effective through September 30, 2018. (Fund: Elections)

L. Take all appropriate action on Third Amendment to Agreement between Fort Bend County and Boon Chapman Benefit Administrators, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $2,000,000 for renewal of Third Party Claims Administration Services effective January 1 through December 31, 2018, pursuant to RFP 16-086. (Fund: Employee Benefits)

M. Take all appropriate action on First Amendment to Agreement between Fort Bend County and York Risk Services Group, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $581,486 for renewal of Property and Casualty Insurance Program Third Party Administration Services effective January 1 through December 31, 2018, pursuant to RFP 16-101. (Fund: Property Casualty)

N. Take all appropriate action on Addendum to Technical Service Agreement between Fort Bend County and Physio-Control, Inc. a sole source provider as authorized by Section 262.024 (a)(7) Texas Local Government Code, for additional equipment in the amount of $24,017.90 for a total contract amount not to exceed $209,197.46. (Fund: Emergency Medical Service)

O. Take all appropriate action on request to purchase flooring from Gomez Floor Covering in an amount not to exceed $84,500 utilizing Buy Board Contract #476-15 for Juvenile Detention Center. (Fund: Capital Improvement Project)

P. Take all appropriate action on Agreement for Professional Construction Management Services between Fort Bend County and AGCM, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $164,856 for the Sheriff's Office Administration Building. (Fund:2015 Facilities Bond, Proposition 4)

Q. Take all appropriate action on Agreement for Professional Architectural Services between Fort Bend County and PGAL, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $230,000 for design and documentation for construction of a new courtroom, relocation and expansion of the law library and relocation of the grand jury room at the Justice Center. R. Take all appropriate action on Agreement between Fort Bend County and Earth Engineering, Inc. for professional construction material testing services in an amount not to exceed $18,333 pursuant to SOQ 14-025 regarding Powerline Road, Mobility Bond Project No. 13110, Precinct 1.
