A. Emergency Medical Service: Take all appropriate action on request for one additional part-time paramedic to start with the January 15th new hire academy.

B. Emergency Medical Service: Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $3,800 from Salaries into Part-Time Temporary to allocate funds for one additional part-time paramedic position.

31. PARKS & RECREATION:

Take all appropriate action on request to increase the scope of Parks Capital Improvement Project account to include replacement of equipment that compliments the playground equipment areas, such as picnic tables, playground synthetic mulch, barbeque pits, goal posts, soccer goals, and basketball goals.

32. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:

Take all appropriate action on Amendment No. 3 to the Project Grant Agreement between Fort Bend County and Texas Department of Transportation for Project No. RPT 1603 (11) 013 regarding rural transportation services, to revise the budget and extend the term of the agreement until September 30, 2018, with no change in local match.

33. PURCHASING:

A. Take all appropriate action on changes to the Fort Bend County Purchasing Manual.

B. Take all appropriate action on Agreement for Shredding Services between Fort Bend County and Shred-it USA LLC utilizing National Joint Powers Alliance Contract Number 020613-SIU for an amount not to exceed $25,000. (Fund: Records Management)

C. Take all appropriate action on RFQ 18-031 for the design/build of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning replacement in Building C at the Fort Bend County Fairgrounds.

D. Take all appropriate action to consider granting an exemption to the competitive bid process as authorized by Local Government Code Section 262.024(a)(7) for the purchase of Stryker Emergency Medical Service equipment from only one source, Stryker EMS Equipment, for an amount not to exceed $139,640.65. (Fund: Health & Human Services, Emergency Medical Service)

E. Take all appropriate action on Change Order No. 1 to the contract between Fort Bend County and Allgood Construction Co. Inc. to increase the amount by $128,392.31, for a total contract amount not to exceed $4,774,304.76 pursuant to Bid No. 17-038 regarding Williams Way Boulevard, from FM 762 to US 59/IH NB Frontage Road, Mobility Bond Project Number 13114 Precinct 1. F. G.
