B. Take all appropriate action on Bid 17-089 for the construction of traffic signalization at the intersection of Spring Green Boulevard and Roesner Road.

C. Take all appropriate action on Agreement between Fort Bend County and Remedy Roofing, Inc., pursuant to RFP 17-080 for roof replacement at the Fort Bend County Jail and Sheriff's Office Patrol Building in an amount not to exceed $266,875. (Fund: Capital Improvement Project)

D. Take all appropriate action on Agreement between Fort Bend County and Marton Roofing Industries, Ltd., pursuant to RFP 17-080 for roof replacement at the Fort Bend County Office of Emergency Management building and the Rosenberg AgriLife Extension Annex Old Office, in an amount not to exceed $48,360. (Fund: Capital Improvement Project)

E. Take all appropriate action on First Amendment to Agreement for Design/Build Pavilion at Bates Allen Park between Fort Bend County and Apex Consulting Group, Inc. in the amount of $8,545 for a total contract amount not to exceed $122,685 regarding additional work for site preparation pursuant to SOQ 17-059. (Fund: 2015 Facilities Bond)

F. Take all appropriate action on First Renewal to Agreement for Bulk Fuel between Fort Bend County and Susser Petroleum Operating Company LLC, pursuant to RFP 17-001. (Funds: Road & Bridge, Drainage District, Public Transportation)

G. Take all appropriate action on First Amendment to Agreement for Elevator Maintenance Services pursuant to US Communities Government Purchasing Alliance Contract Number 201414653 between Fort Bend County and Kone, Inc. for an annual amount not to exceed $233,520. (Fund: Facilities Management and Library)

H. Take all appropriate action on Change Order 9 between Fort Bend County and Webber, LLC in an additional amount of $222,508.88 for a total contract amount not to exceed $64,855,200.33 pursuant to Bid No.16-035 regarding FM 1093/Westpark Extension, Precinct 3. (Fund: Toll Road Revenue Bonds, Series 2016)

26. Authorize County Auditor to pay and release time-sensitive disbursements on August 17, 2017, to be ratified by Commissioners Court on August 22, 2017.

27. Meet in Closed Session to deliberate the following matters as authorized by the Texas Government Code:

A. § 551.071. Consultation with Attorney. Commissioners Court will meet in Closed Session to seek the advice of its attorney about pending or contemplated litigation; a settlement offer; or on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to Commissioners Court under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Texas Government Code Chapter 551.

B. § 551.074. Personnel Matters. Commissioners Court will meet in Closed Session to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee; or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee.
