A. Take all appropriate action on Construction Contract between Fort Bend Grand Parkway Toll Road Authority and NGB Constructors, Inc. for emergency repairs of Grand Parkway Brazos River Tangent Wall.

B. Take all appropriate action on Engineering Services Agreement between Fort Bend Grand Parkway Toll Road Authority and Geotest Engineering, Inc. for construction materials testing and inspection services regarding the Grand Parkway Brazos River Drill Shaft Wall.

C. Take all appropriate action on Resolution by the Grand Parkway Toll Road Authority Expressing Intent to Reimburse the Authority's Revenue Fund for capital expenditures on the Brazos River Bridge Erosion Repairs.

25. HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES:

Social Services: Take all appropriate action on revision to the Service Provider Agreement between Fort Bend County and United Way of Greater Houston for the Fort Bend Recovers collaborative project, to increase the average dollar amount for client assistance from $500 to $1,500 per client to assist with unmet disaster recovery needs for individuals and families impacted by the 2016 flooding of the Brazos River, with no change to the total funding amount of $200,000 for use through December 31, 2017.
