11. FACILITIES MANAGEMENT & PLANNING: The Director of Facilities Management & Planning submits these invoices for approval and payment for projects that have been budgeted and funded by 2015 Facility Bonds:
Take all appropriate action on Order Authorizing Issuance of Fort Bend County, Texas, Certificates of Obligation, Series 2017A in the maximum principal amount of $60,000,000.
Take all appropriate action on Fort Bend County’s request for additional funding from the Texas Department of Transportation for the FM 1093/Westpark Tollway Project.
A. Take all appropriate action to on a fee schedule proposed by the Council of Judges for interpreters appointed by the County and District Court pursuant to Code of Criminal Procedure Sec. 38.30 (c) from $50 per hour to $150 per hour with the appointing Judge determining the appropriate rate within this range.
B. Take all appropriate action to authorize County Auditor to process any pending invoices pursuant to the fee schedule for interpreters proposed by the Council of Judges for County and District Courts of Fort Bend County.
Take all appropriate action on Department of State Health Services Amendment No. 01 to Contract No. 537-16-0063-00001, regarding Fort Bend County’s Vital Statistics Unit Remote Birth Access Agreement, with services provided by the County Clerk’s Office through August 31, 2018.
Take all appropriate action to extend the Interlocal Agreement between Fort Bend County and the City of Houston for participation in the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force program in the Houston Metropolitan Area effective July 1, 2017 through September 30, 2017.
A. Take all appropriate action on request by Charles Oberrender for a variance to the Fort Bend County Regulations of Subdivision, Section 2.2 I, to divide a 5.587 acre tract from the 44.7-acre parent tract, located in the H.& T.C.R.R. Co. Survey Section 45, Abstract 227, recorded in Instrument #2006148897 of Fort Bend County Deed Records, Precinct 1.
B. Take all appropriate action on Cost Share Agreement between Fort Bend County and Taylor Morrison of Texas, Inc. regarding the design and construction of improvements to Beechnut Street, Precincts 2 and 4.
C. Take all appropriate action on request to purchase Parcel 2 of FM 762 (Crabb River Road) in the amount of $112,281.95 plus necessary costs and authorize County Judge to sign all necessary closing documents, Precinct 1. (Fund: Right of Way)
