B. Take all appropriate action on Interlocal Agreement between Fort Bend County and City of Houston to participate in the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force Program (ICAC) in the Houston Metropolitan Area and receive grant funding in the amount of $93,575 with no cash match required by Fort Bend County for the period of March 1, 2017 through February 28, 2018.

C. Take all appropriate action on Addendum to Facility Acknowledgement between Fort Bend County and Numi Financial.
