29. TAX ASSESSOR/COLLECTOR:

Take all appropriate action on adoption of Local Option Exemptions for the Fort Bend County General Fund property taxes for the 2017 Tax Year as follows, pursuant to Section 11.13(n) of the Texas Property Tax Code: Homestead Exemption: $5,000 or 20 percent (whichever is greater); and Over 65 Exemptions: $100,000; or Disabled Person Exemption: $100,000.
