H. Take all appropriate action on Amendment to Development Agreement between Fort Bend County and Ventana Development Katy, Ltd. to reduce the developer contribution by the amount of the actual costs of $394,000 for a remaining contribution of $1,083,238 regarding Cane Island, Mobility Bond Project No.13306, Precinct 3.

25. FIRE MARSHAL:

A. Take all appropriate action on request for a new position, Investigator/Inspector, Grade 10 of the Law Enforcement Policy Group, in the Fire Marshal's Office, effective June 6, 2017.

B. Take all appropriate action on request to amend the budget pursuant to Local Government Code Section 111.07075 to allocate additional revenue received in the amount of $90,274 as detailed on Auditor's form dated May 31, 2017, into accounts for the new Investigator/Inspector position, temporary part-time assistance, one vehicle, and equipment.

G. Take all appropriate action on request to purchase one ambulance remount and refurbish from Frazer, Ltd., utilizing Buy Board contract 492-15, in an amount not to exceed $65,175. (Fund: Emergency Medical Service)

H. Take all appropriate action on Agreement between Fort Bend County and The Thomas Group for demolition services regarding the Missouri City Historic Gymnasium Renovation Project, utilizing Choice Partners Purchasing Cooperative Contract 15/041JN-12 for an amount not to exceed $169,146.01. (Fund: 2015 Facilities Bond, Proposition 1)

I. Take all appropriate action on Second Amendment to Agreement for Professional Engineering Services between Fort Bend County and IDC, Inc. in an additional amount of $68,866.31 for a total contract not to exceed $2,459,950.64, pursuant to SOQ 07-080, regarding design of Crabb River Road, Mobility Bond Project No. X28, Precinct 1. (Fund: 2007 Mobility Bonds)

J. Take all appropriate action on Seventh Amendment to Agreement between Fort Bend County and Berg-Oliver Associates, Inc. to increase the amount by $3,500 for a total contract amount not to exceed $296,168 pursuant to SOQ 14-025 regarding environmental services for Sansbury Boulevard, Mobility Bond Project No. 13111, Precinct 1. K. Take all appropriate action on Second Amendment to Agreement for Professional Traffic Signal Design Services between Fort Bend County and Epic Transportation Group in an additional amount of $11,580 for a total amount not to exceed $151,452 pursuant to SOQ 14-025, regarding traffic signal design within Precincts 3 and 4. L. Take all appropriate action on Change Order 7 to increase the contract between Fort Bend County and Webber, LLC by $57,123.41 for a total contract amount not to exceed $64,539,663.69 pursuant to Bid 16-035 regarding FM 1093/Westpark Extension, Precinct 3. (Fund: Toll Road Revenue Bonds, Series 2016)

M. Take all appropriate action on Change Order 8 to increase the contract between Fort Bend County and Webber, LLC by $93,027.76 for a total contract amount not to exceed $64,632,691.45 pursuant to Bid 16-035 regarding FM 1093/Westpark Extension, Precinct 3. (Fund: Toll Road Revenue Bonds, Series 2016)

28. SHERIFF'S OFFICE:

Take appropriate action on the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force Agreement to accept additional grant funds in the amount of $16,005 for use in the strike force/strategic initiative programs administered by the Sheriff's Office for the period of May 17, 2017 through September 30, 2017.

29. Approve Bills.

30. Ratify the release of time-sensitive disbursements by County Auditor on June 1, 2017.

31. Meet in Closed Session to deliberate the following matters as authorized by the Texas Government Code:

A. § 551.071. Consultation With Attorney. Commissioners Court will meet in Closed Session to seek the advice of its attorney about pending or contemplated litigation; a settlement offer; or on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to Commissioners Court under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Texas Government Code Chapter 551.

B. § 551.074. Personnel Matters. Commissioners Court will meet in Closed Session to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee; or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee.
