15. FORT BEND GRAND PARKWAY TOLL ROAD AUTHORITY: The Board of Directors of Fort Bend Grand Parkway Toll Road Authority reviewed this item at their regular meeting held on February 15, 2017, and makes the following recommendation to Commissioners Court:

21. COMMISSIONER, PCT. 4:

Take all appropriate action on request by Leon Hu to waive penalty and interest totaling $409.49 on property taxes for Tax Year 2016, Precinct 4.

22. ADMINISTRATIVE COURT SERVICES:

Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $5,249 from Non-Departmental Contingency into Indigent Defense Program, as detailed on Auditor's form dated March 24, 2017, to allocate funds for additional part-time hours through September 30, 2017.

23. CONSTABLE, PCT. 1

Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $4,268 from Non-Departmental Contingency into Constable, Precinct 1 Travel, to allocate funds required for training within the State through September 30, 2017.

24. ENGINEERING:

A. Take all appropriate action on Change Order No. 1 to the Contract between Fort Bend County and Allgood Construction Co. Inc. to increase the contract sum by $95,514.97 for a total contract amount not to exceed $3,187,557.27 pursuant to Bid No. 16-090 regarding Bellaire Boulevard, Mobility Bond Project Numbers 13302, 13303, and 13304 Precinct 3. (Fund: 2013 Mobility Bonds)

B. Take all appropriate action on payment of Invoice No. 4 (Final) in the amount of $484,665.24 to Allgood Construction Co., Inc. for construction of Bellaire Boulevard, Mobility Bond Project Nos. 13302, 13303, and 13304, Precinct 3. (Fund: 2013 Mobility Bonds)

C. Take all appropriate action on a Standard Utility Agreement between Fort Bend County and Enterprise Crude Pipeline LLC in an amount not to exceed $1,490,449 for utility relocations regarding FM 1093/Westpark Extension, Precinct 3. (Fund: Toll Road Revenue Bonds, Series 2016)

25. FACILITIES MANAGEMENT & PLANNING:

Take all appropriate action on Release and Site Use Agreement between Fort Bend County and City of Missouri City for use of the Sienna Annex parking lot in Precinct 2 for a single-day event to be held on April 8, 2017.

26. HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES:

A. Take all appropriate action on Texas Department of State Health Services Contract No. 537-18-0187-00001 for the County to receive grant funds in the amount o $142,618 in support of the Cities Readiness Initiative for the grant term of July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018; authorize electronic submission of the Contract.

B. Clinical Health Services: Take all appropriate action on request to ratify Texas Department of State Health Services Contract. No. 537-18-0327-00001 for the County to receive grant funds in the amount of $319,019 in support of Infectious Disease Surveillance and Epidemiology Activities for the grant term of September 1, 2017 through August 31, 2019; authorize electronic submission of the Contract.

27. PURCHASING:

A. Take all appropriate action on SOQ 17-059 for the Design/Build of pavilion at Bates Allen Park.

B. Take all appropriate action on Lease Agreement between Fort Bend County and SprintCom, Inc., pursuant to RFP 17-043 for the lease of roof space for cellular telephone antenna and equipment on the Travis Annex.

C. Take all appropriate action on Amendment to Agreement between Fort Bend County and Epic Transportation Group for an additional amount of $7,500 pursuant to SOQ 14-025, for a total amount not to exceed $139,872 regarding traffic signal design within Precincts 3 and 4. (Fund: Road & Bridge)

§ 551.071. Consultation With Attorney. Commissioners Court will meet in Closed Session to seek the advice of its attorney about pending or contemplated litigation; a settlement offer; or on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to Commissioners Court under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Texas Government Code Chapter 551.
