A. Take all appropriate action regarding the intent of Fort Bend County to create one or more County Assistance Districts pursuant to Chapter 387 of the Texas Local Government Code; authorize County Judge to issue notices to the governing bodies of all affected cities within each city’s extraterritorial jurisdiction, including the Cities of Houston, Fulshear and Simonton.

B. Take all appropriate action on resubmission of Interlocal Agreement for Truancy Prevention and Intervention Services between Fort Bend County, Fort Bend County Juvenile Board and Fort Bend Independent School District to provide funding for the 2016-17 school year, reflecting updated language in the Agreement.

Take all appropriate action on Resolution and Order Granting a Variance to the July 22, 2014 order regulating the distance between the sale of alcoholic beverages and the nearest public schools, churches, and public hospitals, day care centers and child care facilities on behalf of Lidl US, LLC.

22. COUNTY COURT AT LAW NO. 5:

Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $9,482 from FY 2017 Non-Departmental Contingency, as detailed on Auditor's form dated December 1, 2016, to allocate funds to furnish the office and courtroom.

23. DISTRICT JUDGES:

Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $5,247 from FY 2017 Non-Departmental Contingency into 505th District Court, Property & Equipment, as detailed on Auditor's form dated December 1, 2016, to allocate funds to furnish the 505th Associate Court.
