A. Take all appropriate action to appoint Gary Majors to serve as Constable for Fort Bend County, Precinct 2 to fulfill the vacancy of Ruben Davis until the next general election.

B. Take all appropriate action on the resignation of Honorable Toni Wallace effective December 6, 2016, and the appointment of Judge-Elect Ron Cohen as Judge of County Court at Law No. 5.

Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $12,216 from FY 2017 Non-Departmental Contingency into Information Technology accounts for courts as detailed on Auditor's form dated November 28, 2016 to allocate funds for computer tablets and accessories for courtrooms.

26. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT:

A. Take all appropriate action on Agreements between Fort Bend County and the following agencies, which are both part of the FY 2016 Consolidated Annual Action Plan approved by Commissioners Court on July 5, 2016 and funded by the Community Development Block Grant Program: Child Advocates of Fort Bend County in the amount of $36,054 to support a Forensic Interviewer/Children's Service Coordinator; and Fort Bend Community Revitalization Projects in the amount of $231,000 to administer a home repair program.

B. Take all appropriate action on Agreement between Fort Bend County and The Salvation Army in the amount of $70,000 to provide homelessness prevention and stabilization services through the Emergency Solutions Grants Program, part of the FY 2016 Consolidated Annual Action Plan approved by Commissioners Court on July 5, 2016. (Fund: Emergency Solutions Grant)

27. COUNTY ATTORNEY:

Take all appropriate action on Amendment to Agreement for Professional Engineering Services between Fort Bend County and Hutson Land Planners and Development Consultants, LLC, to increase the scope of services by $30,000 for alternative alignment services, total contract amount not to exceed $70,000 regarding Cause Number 15-CCV-055436; Fort Bend County v Storit @ Seven Meadows, L.P., et al. (Fund: Toll Road Revenue Bonds, Series 2016)

28. COUNTY COURT AT LAW NO. 5:

Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $9,482 from FY 2017 Non-Departmental Contingency, as detailed on Auditor's form dated December 1, 2016, to allocate funds for furniture for the office and courtroom.

29. DISTRICT JUDGES:

Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $5,247 from FY 2017 Non-Departmental Contingency into 505th District Court, Property & Equipment, as detailed on Auditor's form dated December 1, 2016, to allocate funds for furniture for the Associate Judge.

30. ENGINEERING:

A. Take all appropriate action on Phase II (Small) MS4 Annual Report for TPDES General Permit No. TXR040000 for Fort Bend County Stormwater Quality Coalition, Year 3 for the reporting period of October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2016.

B. Take all appropriate action on acceptance of a certain .0067 acre tract of land conveyed by Public Road Right-of-Way Dedication by Valleda Crump to Fort Bend County, Texas regarding First Street, Parcel 13, in Kendleton and; record same in Official Public Records; Precinct 1.

C. Take all appropriate action on acceptance of a certain .0057 acre tract of land conveyed by Public Road Right-of-Way Dedication by Barbara Jones to Fort Bend County, Texas regarding First Street, Parcel 15, in Kendleton and; record same in Official Public Records; Precinct 1.

D. Take all appropriate action on Letter Agreement by which C.R. Nevada Associates, LLC confirms their funding commitment to Fort Bend County regarding reimbursement of costs associated with deceleration lane modifications to be constructed as part of the FM 1093/Westpark Extension, Precinct 3.

E. Take all appropriate action on Development Agreement between Fort Bend County and The District at Parkway Lakes, Ltd. regarding the construction of a driveway on FM 1093, two driveways on Peek Road, and the reconstruction of Park Westheimer Boulevard by the District, Precinct 3.

F. Take all appropriate action on request for variance to the building setback line requirement as stated in Section 5.12 C of the Fort Bend County Regulations of Subdivisions, for Veranda, Section Eight, on behalf of HW 589 Holdings, LLC, Precinct 1.

31. HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES:

A. Clinical Health: Take all appropriate action on request for a new position, Risk Reduction Specialist, Grade 8 of the Public Health Policy Group, effective January 1, 2017, funded by the Department of State Health Services HIV Prevention Grant.

B. Emergency Medical Service: Take all appropriate action on Cooperative Agreement between Fort Bend County and the National Association of EMS Educators for the purpose of hosting an Instructor Course at the County EMS Administration Facility located at 4332 Highway 36 in Rosenberg, in February 2017.

32. LIBRARY:

A. Take all appropriate action on request for a new position in the County Library, Library Paraprofessional, Grade 8 of the Administrative Clerical Policy Group, effective December 6, 2016. (Fund: Library)

B. Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $11,561 as detailed on Director of Finance's form dated December 1, 2016, to allocate funds for insurance benefits for the new paraprofessional position.

33. PARKS & RECREATION:

Take all appropriate action on Renewal to Revocable License Agreement between Fort Bend County and Fraternity Of One Inc. for use of Baseball Fields at Freedom Park.

34. PURCHASING:

A. Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $29,620 from FY 2017 Non-Departmental Contingency into Purchasing, Capital Acquisitions to allocate additional funds for the purchase of one forklift for the inventory warehouse needs.

B. Take all appropriate action on RFP 17-024 for expansion of the Fifth Street Community Center Gymnasium.

C. Take all appropriate action on Bid 17-026, term contract for purchase of plateau herbicide chemical.

D. Take all appropriate action on Bid 17-027, term contract for the purchase of ammunition.

E. Take all appropriate action on RFP 17-031 for the lease of property located off Addicks-Clodine Road for wireless communication purposes.

H. Take all appropriate action on request to purchase twenty (20) radar signs and posts from Centerline Supply, LTD for an amount not to exceed $91,080 utilizing Buy Board Contract No. 452-14. (Fund: Harris-Fort Bend County Emergency Services District No 100)

I. Take all appropriate action on the purchase of communication equipment from GT Distributors, Inc. utilizing Buy Board Contract 432-13 for an amount not to exceed $59,026.77. (Fund: Office of Emergency Management, Homeland Security Grant)

J. Take all appropriate action on Agreement between Fort Bend County and Child Advocates of Fort Bend County, Inc. to lease office space (Area 8) in property located at 5403 Avenue N in Rosenberg for employees of the Sheriff's Office for an amount not to exceed $659.67 per month effective through September 30, 2017.(Fund: Sheriff's Office)

K. Take all appropriate action on Second Amendment to Agreement for Professional Engineering Services between Fort Bend County and IDC, Inc. pursuant to SOQ 09-072, to extend the time of performance for services regarding Park & Ride facilities until December 31, 2017, with no change in compensation. (Fund: Public Transportation, Grants)

L. Take all appropriate action on First Amendment to Agreement for Financial Planning Services between Fort Bend County and Nancy R. Edmonson Transportation Consulting, pursuant to RFP 13-021, to extend the time of performance for Work Authorization No. 1, Part IV, until December 31, 2017, with no change in compensation. (Fund: Public Transportation, Grants)

M. Take all appropriate action on Change Order No. 2 to the Contract between Fort Bend County and D&J Construction, Inc. to decrease the scope of services by $19,661.45 for a total contract amount not to exceed $370,753.80 pursuant to Bid No.16-075, construction of Spring Green Boulevard, Mobility Bond Project No. 13320x, Precinct 3. (Fund: 2013 Mobility Bonds)

N. Take all appropriate action to consider granting an exemption to the competitive bid process, as authorized by Local Government Code §262.024(a)(7) for the purchase of an item available from only one source, for audiovisual shelf ready materials and digital media from Midwest Tape for the Library System in an amount not to exceed $375,000. (Fund: Library)

O. Take all appropriate action to consider granting an exemption to the competitive bid process as authorized by Local Government Code §262.024(a)(7) for the purchase of an item available from only one source, for print titles for the Library System from Gale, a Cengage Learning Company, in an amount not to exceed $175,000. (Fund: Library)

P. Take all appropriate action to consider granting an exemption to the competitive bid process, as authorized by Local Government Code §262.024(a)(7) for the purchase of an item available from only one source, for Cloud e-books from Bibliotheca, a 3M Company, for the Library System in an amount not to exceed $100,000. 35. SHERIFF'S OFFICE:

A. Take all appropriate action on First Amendment to Agreement for Inmate Food Service between Fort Bend County and Aramark Correctional Services, LLC pursuant to Fort Bend County RFP 15-058. (Fund: Sheriff, Detention)

B. Take all appropriate action on acceptance of funds in the amount of $7,000 from the U.S. Department of Justice Joint Law Enforcement Operations for Task Force Overtime pertaining to the Memorandum of Understanding approved by Commissioners Court on November 26, 2013, with no cash match required by Fort Bend County for the term of October 19, 2016 through September 30, 2017.
