18. FORT BEND COUNTY TOLL ROAD AUTHORITY: The Board of Directors of the Fort Bend County Toll Road Authority reviewed the following item at their regular Board meeting held on September 21, 2016, and makes the following recommendation to Commissioners Court:

26. COMMISSIONER, PCT. 2:

Take all appropriate action on request by Benjamin Tran to waive penalty, interest and collection fees totaling $2,010.85 on Thao Hoa Corporation property taxes for Tax Year 2015, Precinct 2.

Take all appropriate action on Interlocal Agreement for Additional Law Services between Fort Bend County and Harris/Fort Bend Counties Municipal Utility District No. 1, with services to be provided by the Office of Constable, Precinct 3, effective through September 30, 2017.

28. AUDITOR:

Take all appropriate action on Application to the Texas Indigent Defense Commission for the FY 2017 Formula Grant; authorize electronic submission of the application, and adopt Resolution in support of the Application.

29. COUNTY CLERK:

Take all appropriate action on Invoice Transmittal in the amount of $100.00 to Fort Bend County Clerk to replace missing cash from Justice Center Courts, Register No. 5 on September 28, 2016. (Fund: County Clerk)

30. COUNTY COURT AT LAW NO. 2:

Take all appropriate action on the amended statement of grant award from the Texas Indigent Defense Commission for the Veterans Contract Defender Program, to extend the performance period until June 30, 2017, with no change in funding.

31. ENGINEERING:

A. Take all appropriate action on Pipeline Reimbursement Agreement between Fort Bend County and Hilcorp Energy I, L.P. in an amount not to exceed $520,000 for pipeline relocations regarding Cane Island, Mobility Bond Project No. 13306, Precinct 3. (Fund: 2013 Mobility Bonds)

B. Take all appropriate action on Dedication Deed for three certain tracts of land containing 0.0611 acres, 3.315 acres, and 1.455 acres from Aliana Development Company to Fort Bend County for West Bellfort, Parcels 1B, 1C and 2, and record same in Official Public Records, Precinct 4.

C. Take all appropriate action on request for variance to the major thoroughfare centerline radius requirement as stated in Section 5.12 B of the Fort Bend County Regulations of Subdivisions, for Wildwood Park Road Street Dedication Phase I, on behalf of HW 589 Holdings, LLC, Precinct 1.

D. Take all appropriate action on the plat for Wildwood Park Road Street Dedication Phase I, Precinct 1.

32. OFFICE OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT:

Take all appropriate action on the mission and bylaws of Fort Bend Recovers, a long term recovery group created following the May/June 2016 flooding, and approve the Participating Agency Agreement between Fort Bend County and Fort Bend Recovers.

33. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:

Take all appropriate action on Project Grant Agreement between Texas Department of Transportation and Fort Bend County, Project # RPT 1603 (11) 013 for Fiscal Year 2016 Section 5311 Federal funding in the amount of $271,320 for rural transportation, with local match provided by FY17 5311 State Project Grant Agreement RUR 1702 (11); authorize Grants & Budget Manager to electronically submit Agreement.

34. PURCHASING:

A. Take all appropriate action on purchase of household hazardous waste collection, transportation and disposal services from Stericycle formerly Philips Reclamation Services, Houston, Inc., utilizing Houston Galveston Area Council Contract HGAC-CE-12-116 for last quarter of fiscal year 2016 and fiscal year 2017 for the Recycle Center.

B. Take all appropriate action RFP 17-001, term contract for Bulk Fuel.

C. Take all appropriate action on Bid 17-020, term contract for Medical Supplies.

D. Take all appropriate action on Amendment to Bid 16-027, Term Contract for Tree Removal, Planting, and Watering Services with Bio Landscape and Maintenance, Inc., by adding mulch to the term contract.

E. Take all appropriate action on Amendment to Agreement for Construction Materials Testing Services, pursuant to SOQ 07-028, between Fort Bend County and Geotech Engineering and Testing for additional services in the amount of $30,741.45; total contract amount not to exceed $145,268.95, regarding Golfview Drive, Mobility Bond Project No. 709, Precinct 1. (Fund: 2007 Mobility Bonds)

F. Take all appropriate action on Agreement for Professional Traffic Signal Design Services between Fort Bend County and Epic Transportation Group in an amount not to exceed $132,372, pursuant to SOQ 14-025, regarding traffic signal design within Precincts 3 and 4. (Fund: Road & Bridge)

35. RISK MANAGEMENT:

Take all appropriate action on Employee and Retiree Rates for the Fort Bend County Employee Benefit Medical and Dental plans effective January 1, 2017, as presented by Risk Manager.

36. SHERIFF'S OFFICE:

Take all appropriate action on Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF) Agreement to accept grant funds in the amount of $138,028.80 for use in the strike force/strategic initiative programs administered by the Sheriff's Office, with no additional funds required by Fort Bend County effective through September 30, 2017.
