Approve Third Amendment to Agreement between Fort Bend County and Fresno Volunteer Fire Department to provide additional funding in the amount of $37,418 for fire protection services in the Fresno/Arcola area for the 2016-2017 contract year, utilizing revenue received from BFI tipping fees. (Fund: Fresno/Arcola Projects)

22. CONSTABLE, PCT. 4:

Take all appropriate action on the Intergovernmental Agreement between Fort Bend County and Houston-Galveston Area Council for participation in the Regional DWI Task Force Program effective October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017.

23. ENGINEERING:

A. Take all appropriate action on request for temporary road closure of Bellaire Boulevard during construction, from Peek Road to Sierra Bend Drive, pursuant to Section 251.011 of the Texas Transportation Code. The closure date will begin October 4, 2016, and end no later than October 31, 2016, for construction of Mobility Bond Project Nos. 13302, 13303, and 13304, Precinct 3.

B. Take all appropriate action on Letter Agreement between HEB Grocery Company, LP and Fort Bend County regarding funding by HEB in the amount of $250,000 for a deceleration lane at FM 723 and FM 1093/Westpark Extension, Precinct 3.

24. HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES:

A. Take all appropriate action on First Amendment to Agreement between Fort Bend County and OakBend Medical Center for in the amount of $67,500 to provide 1115 Waiver Colonoscopy services for the term of October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017. (Fund: 1115 Waiver)

B. Take all appropriate action on Second Amendment to Agreement for Colonoscopy Services between Fort Bend County and Greater Houston Gastroenterology in the amount of $41,250 to provide services from October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017. (Fund: 1115 Waiver)

C. Take all appropriate action on First Amendment to Agreement between Fort Bend County and Fort Bend Regional Council on Substance Abuse, Inc. in the amount of $89,980 for Implementation of the Screening Brief Intervention and Referral to Treatment Model (SBIRT) in the AccessHealth Clinic for the term of October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017. (Fund: 1115 Waiver)

D. Take all appropriate action on Third Amendment to Agreement for Colonoscopy Services between Fort Bend County and Dr. Gregory Shannon of Gastroenterology Associates of Texas effective through September 30, 2017. (Fund: 1115 Waiver)

25. HUMAN RESOURCES:

Take all appropriate action on request to reclassify Position Number 6601-0002, in the Parks and Recreation Department, from Parks Operator II, Grade 5 of the Operator Skilled Trade Policy Group to Lead Parks Operator, Grade 6 of the Operator Skilled Trade Policy Group, effective October 8, 2016.

26. PURCHASING:

A. Take all appropriate action on renewal of Amended Bid 15-023, term contract for Vehicle Graphics, with OnSiteDecals, LLC, to add Roof Unit Numbers to the bid.

B. Take all appropriate action on renewal of Amended Bid 15-006, term contract for Law Enforcement Uniforms and Duty Gear, with Galls LLC (Lone Star Uniforms, Inc.)

C. Take all appropriate action on Third Amendment to Inmate Health Service Agreement between Fort Bend County and Correct Care Solutions LLC, pursuant to RFP 13-049, for an additional twelve month term through September 30, 2017 which includes an increase to the base compensation. (Fund: Sheriff's Office)

D. Take all appropriate action on RFP 17-018, term contract for Contingency Medical Staffing.

E. Take all appropriate action on Addendum to Pharmacy Services Agreement between Fort Bend County and MaxorPlus, LTD.

F. Take all appropriate action on purchase of toner and ink cartridges from ELP Enterprises, Inc. utilizing Department of Information Resource contracts DIR-TSO-2538 and DIR-TSO-3043 for fiscal year 2017.

Take all appropriate action on Change Order 1 to the Contract between Fort Bend County and ISI Contracting, Inc. pursuant to Bid 16-030, to increase the contract by $86,758.42 for a total amount not to exceed $1,663,929.28, regarding construction of congestion mitigation/turn lane improvements, Mobility Bond Project No. X23, Precinct 3. (Fund: Harris-Fort Bend County Emergency Services District 100)

K. Take all appropriate action on Bid 17-004, term contract for School Zone Lights.

§ 551.071. Consultation With Attorney. Commissioners Court will meet in Closed Session to seek the advice of its attorney about pending or contemplated litigation; a settlement offer; or on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to Commissioners Court under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Texas Government Code Chapter 551.
