30. COUNTY ATTORNEY:

Take all appropriate action on Amendment to Agreement between Fort Bend County and Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP for the Collection of Fines, Costs & Fees Owed to Fort Bend County for the Use of Toll Road Projects.

31. ELECTIONS ADMINISTRATION:

Take all appropriate action on the appointment of Fort Bend County Election Judge and Alternate Election Judge Appointments for 2016-2018, as submitted to the Elections Administrator by the Fort Bend County Republican Party and the Fort Bend County Democratic Party.

32. ENGINEERING:

A. Take all appropriate action on request to consider changing Riverwood Drive within Riverwood Village Section 3 from drainage purposes only as approved by Commissioners Court in April 1989, back to road right-of-way classification purposes, for future development, Precinct 1.

B. Take all appropriate action on Donation Deed from Rosalio Rodriguez and Adriana Segura-Maldonado to convey a tract containing 0.0275 acres for Evergreen Street to Fort Bend County, Texas and; record same in Official Public Records; Precinct 2.

C. Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $352,885 from Commissioners Court Projects into the Right of Way account, as detailed on Auditor's form dated August 17, 2016, to allocate additional funds required for right of way expenditures.

D. Take all appropriate action on request by Richard and Loretta Williams for a variance to the Fort Bend County Regulations of Subdivision, Section 2.2 I, to divide a 3.00 acre tract from the 8.892-acre parent tract, located in the Thomas Westall League, Abstract 92, recorded in Vol. 2272, Page 127 (4.393 acres), and Instrument #200983703 (4.499 acres) of Fort Bend County Deed Records, Precinct 3.

E. Take all appropriate action on request for variance to the 10 foot landscape reserve requirement as stated in Section 7.3 of the Fort Bend County Regulations of Subdivisions, for River's Edge Commercial Reserve South Tract on behalf of Houston River's Edge Venture, L.P, Precinct 1.

F. Take all appropriate action on the plat for River’s Edge Commercial Reserve South Tract "A" Precinct 1.

33. HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES:

A. Emergency Medical Service: Take all appropriate action on Agreement between Fort Bend County and Fulshear - Simonton Volunteer Fire Department for housing Emergency Medical Service personnel and equipment at Fulshear Fire Station 1, located at 30626 Fifth Street in Richmond, Texas.

B. Indigent Health Care: Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $165,000 from Non-Departmental Contingency into Indigent Health Care, Fees, to allocate funds for payment of medical claims through September 30, 2016.

34. HUMAN RESOURCES:

A. Take all appropriate action to authorize the County Judge to execute Fort Bend County's Texas County & District Retirement System (TCDRS) Plan Authorization for the Plan Year 2017 and consider action on the following items: Changes in the plan provisions for non-retirees; Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) for retirees; and payment of a rate greater than the TCDRS required rate.

B. Take all appropriate action on request for a new, grant-funded position in the Juvenile Probation Department, Therapist, Grade 13 of the Professional Management Policy Group, effective September 1, 2016, pending approval by the Juvenile Board at their next meeting. A. Take all appropriate action on Amendment No. 2 to the Project Grant Agreement between Fort Bend County and Texas Department of Transportation, for Project # RPT 1502 (11) 39, to extend the contract expiration date until September 30, 2016. (Public Transportation, Grants)

B. Take all appropriate action on Amendment No. 1 to the Project Grant Agreement between Fort Bend County and Texas Department of Transportation, for Project # RUR 1602 (11), to extend the contract expiration date until September 30, 2016. (Fund: Public Transportation, Grants)

C. Take all appropriate action on Amendment No. 3 to the Project Grant Agreement between Fort Bend County and Texas Department of Transportation, for Project # TDC 1401 (12), to extend the contract expiration date until December 31, 2016. (Fund: Public Transportation, Grants)

C. Take all appropriate action on Amendment to Agreement for Justice Center Parking Garage Addition between Fort Bend County and Crain Group, LLC, for construction of the expansion of the existing parking garage, pursuant to SOQ 16-062, for an amount not to exceed $4,575,000; total contract amount not to exceed $4,771,000. (Fund: Justice Center Structured Parking)

D. Take all appropriate action on Third Amendment to Translation Services Agreement between Fort Bend County and Sandra L. Dejeux, DBA SD Translations, for master licensed court interpreter services in an additional amount not to exceed $35,000, for a total contract amount not to exceed $100,000. (Fund: Various District and County Courts, Fees)

E. Take all appropriate action on request to utilize one (1) reserve Tahoe, a replacement to fleet, for the Fire Marshal, to be replaced for Vehicle Maintenance with 2017 vehicle.

F. Take all appropriate action on request to utilize one (1) reserve Tahoe, a replacement to fleet, for Constable Pct 2.

G. Take all appropriate action on request to donate miscellaneous surplus property to the Fort Bend County Fair Association as requested in their letter dated August 11, 2016, and permitted by Texas Local Government Code Section 263.152(4)(B).

H. Take all appropriate action on Agreement between Fort Bend County and Homeland Preparedness Project for public health volunteer recruiting, pursuant to RFP 07-038, total contract amount not to exceed $72,000 effective through June 30, 2017. (Fund: Health and Human Services Grant)

I. Take all appropriate action on request by County Clerk for archival digitization of probate case files, conversion phase II to be provided by Kofile Technologies, Inc., utilizing Texas Multiple Award Schedule Contract TXMAS-13-36010, for an amount not to exceed $135,027. (Fund: County Clerk, Records Management)

J. Take all appropriate action on First Amendment to Agreement for Janitorial Services at Fort Bend County Buildings and Facilities between Fort Bend County and McLemore Building Maintenance, Inc. utilizing the Texas Interlocal Purchasing System, Cooperative Contract No. 02052215, for an additional monthly amount of $640.00, bringing the maximum monthly compensation to $53,181.22. (Fund: Facilities)

K. Take all appropriate action on Change Order 1 to the Contract between Fort Bend County and D & J Construction, Inc. pursuant to Bid 16-075, to decrease the amount by $915 for a total contract amount not to exceed $390,415.25 regarding construction of Spring Green Boulevard, Segment 2, Mobility Bond Project No. 13320x, Precinct 3. (Fund: 2013 Mobility Bonds)

L. Take all appropriate action on Tenth Amendment to Project Management Agreement between Fort Bend County and Schaumburg & Polk, Inc. in an additional amount of $54,360 and a contract amount not to exceed $2,237,085 for project management services regarding 2007 Mobility Projects within Precincts 1, 2, 3 and 4. (Fund: 2007 Mobility Bonds)

M. Take all appropriate action on Agreement for Professional Construction Management Services between Fort Bend County and AECOM Technical Services, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $156,800 pursuant to SOQ 14-025 regarding 2013 Mobility Projects within Precinct 3. (Fund: 2013 Mobility Bonds)

N. Take all appropriate action on Agreement for Professional Engineering Services between Fort Bend County and Sirrus Engineers, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $260,374 pursuant to SOQ 14-025 regarding Huggins Road, Mobility Bond Project No. 13313, Precinct 3. (Fund: 2013 Mobility Bonds)

37. SHERIFF'S OFFICE:

A. Take all appropriate action on continuation by Fort Bend County in the Texas Statewide Automated Victim Notification (VINE - Victim Information & Notification Everyday) Service (SAVNS), and approve Grant Contract No. 1770775 between the Office of the Attorney General and Fort Bend County effective September 1, 2016 through August 31, 2017, with no cash match required by Fort Bend County, and authorize the County Judge to sign all documents pertaining to the Agreement.

B. Take all appropriate action on the Service Agreement between Fort Bend County and Appriss in the amount of $31,665.48 to continue maintenance for the Victim Notification program for the term of September 1, 2016 through August 31, 2017, with no cash match required by Fort Bend County, and authorize the County Judge to sign all documents pertaining to the agreement. (Fund: VINE Grant)

C. Take all appropriate action on request to submit electronic application to Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation for grant funds up to $12,072 for the purchase of safety equipment for the 2016-2017 fiscal years, with no additional funds required by Fort Bend County, and authorize County Judge to sign all documents pertaining to electronic submission of the application.

D. Take all appropriate action on Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF) Agreement to accept additional grant funds in the amount of $92,000.00 for the strike force/strategic initiative programs administered by the Sheriff's Office, with no cash match required by Fort Bend County for the period of August 16, 2016 through September 30, 2016.
